Avoid If You Value Your Vehicle
Booked a service expecting basic competence. Instead got overtightened wheel studs, incorrect torque specs quoted back to me, a leaking sump plug, no logbook completion, and zero communication about TPMS limitations. Now I get to repair my own vehicle after paying professionals to create problems. Impressive effort in making a routine service feel like a liability.

Ty was absolutely outstanding today. Even though he was clearly very busy, he still made time to help us with our flat tire and got us back on the road without any hassle. His hospitality and customer service were excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — nothing felt like too much trouble for him. Really appreciated the effort he put in to help us out when we were stuck. Brilliant service and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend.

Shocking job and service
I am not one that usually does this but a simple 2 tyre replacement, ballance and alignment on our Hyundai Iload van turned out to be a real shit fight.
Van was left with them to get the job done while we had lunch, all good.
The first time on the motorway after getting the job done the steering was shaking like hell, I went back and was asked to bring it back the next morning. ( Waste 2 hours of my Saturday and lose wages from work )
I was told a weight had slipped and they had fixed it.
The next day I had the same problem and saw that it had thrown the new weight off.
So my fourth visit to them I was told I would have to wait and hour and a half for someone to look at it.
Luckily a nice guy named Lochie came out and was apologetic and got onto it, put a weight on the inside of the rim instead, smart man.
Now driving the van it still does not feel right and steering is shaking so I guess another weight has slipped or the alignment was out.
This was at the Orion Springfield store.
Not going back a fifth time, I will go somewhere else and pay someone to do the job properly.
Never again going to this place, sorry to say.

Staff members were friendly but more attention needed
Staff members were friendly and professional however when i went to collect my vehicle after the service there was a list of things apparently needing to be done and I was surprised nobody rang me to ask whether any of the things could be done that day. Also, when I got home I noticed the sticker advising when next service was due had not been replaced.

I booked a big service because the car had not had one for 70,000Klm. Instead I got an oil change and a list of things to do when I rebooked. We were too busy.

I have done car service for my mazda cx 5 and I am impressed with customer service.

Poor vehicle service reporting
Was not impressed with the service report. When I collected the car I noticed there were no comments on the invoice. I asked if there were any callouts considering this was a major service only to get a shrug of the sholders and told "No idea, the mechanic did not write anything down." There was also no report of if a tyre rotation was performed, condition of the tyres or the brake pads.
