I had a puncture repair to be done to a tire on my car. I have been aware that my car have always been heavily booked so I decided to do my tire change myself to make it easier for this to be done.
The service person gladly done the job for me and was ready in the afternoon for me to pick up. Thank you

For the price of the log book service, should include the air filter replacement not just the cabin filter.
If you ask around, everything's included for the $517 service price. I should've chosen the $299 service instead to avoid disappointment.
The workmanship on the service of my vehicle was horrible in a way that oil leak everywhere and looks like a kid poured out the oil. So disappointing that I need to book in for engine wash. Photo taken in case you want proof.

Dropped in my car at 8 am for an all day service. I arrived to pick it up in the afternoon and noticed it was still sitting in the same car park. The worker at the counter told me that the Manager overbooked and the car hasn’t been touched all day. I didn’t receive a phone call all day either. Never going back.

Truly Grateful to the guys at My Car Springfield. My driver's window was stuck down right before it was about to rain last week. Without hesitation the guys got into action and like jump started my window. And like that it was up and my car was saved. Honestly so grateful. I have been a loyal customer for years.
