My car repaired a tyre on my car. The spare I had on there was not roadworthy yet the tyre that had the puncture was better than the spare I have and they left me with an unroadworthy spare tyre. Also lost one of my tyre caps which were all metal and replaced it with a cheap rubber one but didn’t say anything.

I cannot get over how helpful, nice, caring and friendly Aaron? (Front desk staff) was with me from beginning to end of my pink slip renewal. It is because of him and the efficiency of the process that I will be going back for repairs. I was very impressed!!!!

Always friendly and prompt service with mycar Tamworth, wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Love the ease of booking online and they are in a very convenient location, so I don't have to wait around for hours! Would like a courtesy car as I'm a support worker, but that would be an added bonus and i make do.

110K Service 400$ + Rego Charges, My car was going on 6.2 Lit/100K before service, After Service 8.2 Lit/100K and running like a bullock cart now. Great Job by the Mob. Never trust these days anyone, they rip you off.

MyCar Tamworth always give me helpful quotes. They call me if there are unexpected problems or extra costs involved in the work. They can fit me in in 3 business days usually. They're open on Saturday mornings and you can do some shopping while you're waiting. Great place, great mechanics, top people.

The crew here are super busy and run off their feet daily however never fail to greet their customers with a smile and go the extra mile to help.

When competing booking form it asked what time i would like vehicle back and I said 12pm as I thought 4 hrs for a rego check.was plenty. I didn't get the vehicle back till 4pm which meant I had to get someone to pick up the kids from school and i was late for work thinking I would have vehicle back.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were running late. They apologised profusely and had my car finished as soon as possible. They even offered to do it on Saturday if I couldn’t wait.

Rego inspection. Very quick and efficient service with friendly staff. No problems with the inspection and I was on my way.

Took my camper trailer in for a rego check today. The staff were more than helpful an very thorough and precise. Especial Aaron who was excellent to talk to when I had questions about how my suspension worked. 10/10 service

The Kmart Auto guys in Tamworth are always really lovely, helpful and accommodating, especially when I need to get my car in for a quick rego check.

Amazing and helpful staff. Very honest. I like that they checked with me before doing anything. And I love the txt message to say my car is done.
