Since I bought my car 2 years ago I did my service through my car. I selected the basic service this time too. The basic service is not done properly. Both the front drive shafts are damaged and need to be fixed ASAP and they never mentioned, luckily we checked the car from few other places. Left hand drive shaft 3 bolts are missing and it’s with just 3 bolts which is not safe. The right hand drive shaft rubber is damaged and they never mentioned to repair it. I have no idea how they didn’t they see it while servicing the car. Also they told us to change the timing belt if it’s belt, so we asked to check whether it’s belt or chain. They told us its timing belt and when we checked from few other places we got to know its timing chain, not belt. Is it lack of knowledge or something else? I’m very disappointed by the service.

Mycar has done it again 👏 my second time going there. their service has been impeccable. My car was due for a service, after it was done it makes a huge difference ive had no issues, they tell you what needs to be fixed now or later. in 6 months I will have to change my rear tyres I will be coming back for that. I required my tyres to be chaged ASAP due to an incident. I required them as there was an important event at home on 12, 13 an 14. I needed my car to run errands. I was able to book the car in and tyres changed to ease my stress and pressure.

Centre was clearly over booked, no priority even with a booking, vehicle was sandwiched in the hoist from other cars that were being worked on. Incorrect estimation given. No follow up or communication, ended up waiting in-store whilst the staff rushed to complete the tyre change + alignment.

The staff were friendly and let me drop my car off the night before. Also the job was completed before the specified time. Very happy with the service!
