Great service. There was a slight issue with my delivery and it was very promptly sorted the very next day.

Delays on delivery presumably due to christmas season, understandable. Product arrived as expected, performs as expected.

Grass perfect, arrived green and healthy! My cats favourite treat! My shipment was delayed due to postal strikes and dpd being overworked, which was not a problem but I only found out when I called to check in my shipment, so I did drop a point as it would have been nice to have had an email explaining, but service was excellent when I did speak to them and everything was resolved quickly

I can’t fault the product: it’s excellent. It’s the best quality cat grass I’ve purchased to date. And to me that’s the most important thing. I took off one star, however, for the issues I’ve experienced with almost every order - from the really high delivery charge to the lack of consistency in delivery times (to the packaging - a minor issue). Despite paying almost £9 for DPD delivery, I once waited almost a week for the package to arrive, but the following order took just a couple of days to arrive. I would like to subscribe and order a couple of containers a month but there’s surprisingly and disappointingly no cheaper delivery charges for subscribers. I’m still going to keep ordering from this company…until I find an equally decent product but with better delivery service and charges.

Our cat loves it. The cat is happy so we are happy. The only pain is that she is vomiting out the grass. So I have cut it up like chives and added to her wet food. All is well!

I have been charged for 3 orders over 10 weeks and received nothing. I have sent numerous emails and tried to ring several times but have had nothing back so can’t request a refund. Very dissatisfied with the complete lack of customer service. My first order (6 months ago) was great, but this time not so - clearly loyalty isn’t rewarded

Really good product. Delivery was late but that was DPDs fault but the grass was in perfect condition when it arrived.

Ordering and delivery were excellent.

My cat does eat the grass and I purchased this so she could eat on demand. However, lots of little flies appeared from the grass and it’s very pale. As a consequence I shall revert to putting my cat on a leash and taking outside to eat fresh grass from our garden.

The service and delivery was great but unfortunately a waste of money for me as my cat wouldn't touch it. She eats other grass outside and that I grow at home from cat grass seed. I also found the growth a bit dense making it require more watering. It doesn't need to have so many seeds for the box.

Very friendly, helpful company and clearly love our feline friends. A product previously unknown to me and wanting the grasses for feral cats, I had to ask a number of questions. I received prompt replies and nothing was too much trouble for the company.

I ordered a ready-grown grass bed from this company. The grass bed itself is fine, if a little expensive, but I experienced several problems with my order. First, when you go onto the website, they offer a 10% discount if you sign up for the newsletter. I did this and a box popped up for a moment giving the discount code, which quickly disappeared. Most companies send a confirmatory email but I never received one from them. So they offered a discount, but made it impossible to claim it. I contacted My Cat Grass expecting them to refund the 10% from my payment, but they just sent me the code, which was too late by then as I'd already placed my first order. The website claims that orders are sent out within a couple of days. When nearly a fortnight had passed, with my order still showing as "In Process" on my account, I emailed again, which prompted them to despatch it the next day. To be fair, they included some toys for my cat to compensate for the delay. But when my order arrived they had sent me the wrong tray - I had ordered one with drainage holes for outdoor use, but they had sent the indoor one without drainage holes. The grass needs to be planted straight away so waiting for a replacement wasn't an option. I did manage to pierce a few draining holes in it, but nothing like as many as there should be, and this was with great difficulty as I have bad arthritis in my hands. The whole point had been to get something that would be easy. I contacted the company requesting a partial refund of £10, which is the price difference between the full kit and a refill, as next time I will need to buy the whole lot again to get the right tray and will not be able to just get a refill kit. I have had no reply from My Cat Grass. I honestly hope to be able to find another company which sells cat grass beds by the time the grass needs replenishing as I really don't want to have to deal with this company again.

Have cancelled my subscription several times, via website and email as per the instructions on your website. Have sent many emails and was assured it had be cancelled only for the money to be taken once again this month. As yet there has been no reply to my emails. It’s a real shame as otherwise the service and product was good. In the current cost of living crisis I simply can’t afford to have money removed from my account for a product I cannot use.

Great quality cat grass. The shipping fees are quite expensive but worth it for the grass.
