The battery life is so bad
The battery life is so bad. within 1 month had to kept in charger to use otherwise it will die in 10-15min. Need help on the product bought.

However we would like to point out that your item has a warranty and if you had an issue we were not to know as we have not had any contact with you regarding your order since you purchased it. The only contact we have from you is a query prior to purchase in which we responded to, therefore we are very sad to see you have left a 1 star review for our service.
All items come with a warranty, and battery information is shown clearly in the warranty info & Returns page. Batteries are consumable items and do deteriorate over time if misused or over charged, however we can only help if we know about your issues, something in which we did not know until now, over 4 months since purchase

Not very good refurb on this Dell. Numbers coming off keyboard and keys with wrong digits /signs on.
Now part of screen gone blank.
Basically waste of money never again

Quick service, the laptop was in as described condition. It did run slow, the company immediatley offered to sort, I did buy an extra softwear tool and this seems to have resolved but feel confident in the after care if not.

Great experience, couldn't be bettered
I asked for guidance when I ordered the laptop, I got exactly what I asked for. The laptop was just what I wanted. I had a couple of minor hitches which were immediately sorted out by the company. My whole experience was very positive. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Had a little issue when we received the laptop. Called the number provided and was offered another laptop. No hassle. They even provided return courier service for the faulty laptop.
No problems with the replacement. Great value for money. We bought this for our son as he moved into high school. Saved hundreds compared to buying new.
