Amazing service
It was amazing. Easy to contact by phone, I was helped to choose the right model and within 2 days the laptop arrived. I couldn't afford a new one but the one I got is perfect and a year later it's still working brilliantly. This is a greener choice too. Remarkable service. Thanks so much.

check your battery ASAP
good computer in good condition, works well, good price for the spec however be sure to check your battery ASAP this was a bought in oct as a Christmas gift It was checked on arrival and was in working order but by the time we realised the battery didnt hold charge it was too late to get it changed in an email from the company "We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your battery, we do state on our site that the battery is only covered under the warranty for the first 7 days of receiving the item."

Excellent communication.
Only fly in the ointment was ParcelForce but this is beyond the control of the seller.

I've used these people twice now and the service has been exemplary and the machines exactly as described.
I have spent 40 years in the IT industry and know what a minefield buying a refurbished machine can be. My experience here has only been good....

Excellent refund service.
I bought an Hp laptop on 28/12/2023 and received it several days after. Having considered the specification, I realised I had made a mistake and the computer would not meet my needs. I requested a refund on the 04/01/2024 and have now received the full amount into my account on the 06/01/2024. Well done to all at the company.

Bought a couple of Microsoft surface…
Bought a couple of Microsoft surface pro laptops for Christmas presents having bought a tablet from them in the past that’s still going strong.
The two I just bought arrived late courtesy of parcel force going to wrong house luckily only left a card.
But worth the wait they are both in fantastic condition and work great. Thank you , highly recommend

Great sevice
I ordered a lap top on Friday evening, I was a bit worried that there were no comms over the weekend but I learnt they didn't work weekends. By Tue I had received the laptop which worked great. The battery life wasn't geat so I emailed Tuesday and by Thursday they had sent a new battery , no extra charge. Fantastic , thank you.

Our offices are closed at the weekend as stated however we do try to answer any email queries a customer may have when possible during time of closure.

Great service
Laptop arrived promptly and in good order, however the battery life wasn't great. As soon as I let them know, a new, higher capacity battery was delivered at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

I made a price enquiry on the Wednesday…
I made a price enquiry on the Wednesday night which they replied to early Thursday. I then ordered at 10am on Thursday. I heard nothing about the order the rest of Thursday or at all Friday.
I queried the status of the order early Saturday but heard nothing all day, so cancelled the order late Saturday (I found a faster seller).
Cancellation still pending.
I don't have criticism just I expected more prompt details about my order and faster shipping (they did say it was in stock so I expected same day shipping).
I guess I'm just used to Amazon. Still, they're fair modern standards.
Update: they're not actually open at weekends but they've refunded it anyway.
Makes the whole review somewhat moot now.

We have an automated Order processing service, this will send a confirmation email once you place an order with a delivery estimate located on this email.
We do try to answer any email queries if and when we can at the weekend but we do also try to ensure that our office have time off without having to worry about work 7 days a week.
We do understand that large corporations like Amazon would offer instant responses to customers any time of the day, however as a Small Business we thrive on offering a personal bespoke service form a small team in which you can ensure to speak with the same person every time you make contact.

Microsoft Pro Surface Fix
I purchased a Microsoft Pro 5 Surface about a year and half ago and took out extended warranty. Unfortunately there was a small issue it with it recently and it was so easy to to arrange a fix. I sent the surface back and the team worked really hard to fix it. I received a delivery today and it was a brand new surface... no extra charge, no big deal on their end and that is what was amazing. They wanted to fix the problem and went through all options. I was kept in the loop at all times and I really cannot rate this company enough! I have already told a lot of my friends about them as the service I received I truly believe to be A*

Of course we hope that our customers do not have to use their warranty but we are equally asked the question quite regularly that should a problem occur after initial 12 months warranty, would they be covered if extended warranty was purchased and it is really nice for us as a company to read a review from someone who opted for peace of mind and has had a positive experience with extended warranty.
