Respuesta de MyChefKnives.co.uk
Hi John,
Thank you for your review.
We're truly sorry to know that the handles of your knives are not as sturdy as you expected them to be. Please know that all handles of Swibo knives are intentionally designed to be lightweight as this makes them more ergonomic and thus more suitable for professional usage.
Nonetheless, we still confirm to you that we have transferred your feedback to the manufacturer so that they can take it into consideration for their quality controls.
If you have any further inquiry, please do not hesitate to contacts us back by sending us an email to hello@mychefknives.co.uk.
Kind regards,
Team of MyChefKnives.co.uk
