Great Kit and Customer Service
Couldn’t be more pleased with the kits we ordered.
The quality is exceptional - lightweight, breathable, and durable enough to handle the demands of Gaelic Football.
The customisation was flawless, with crisp logos and vibrant colours that really pop on the pitch.
Customer service was fantastic as well; Harvey kept us informed every step of the way and ensured everything arrived right on schedule. It’s clear that they take great pride in both their products and their customers.

Great service and quality
Every step of the process was communicated - went above and beyond with designs for us and made sure we was happy with everything.
Kids absolutely love their new kit and other teams have commented on how good it is and the design is like no other team has got.

I've used MyClub twice now and both times the service I received was excellent. They were able to reproduce the design we already had, including bespoke logos. The dresses are good quality, competitively priced and seem to be wearing well. I am more than happy to recommend them and will use them again should we need new kit.

Such a great experience. I won a kit for our club through persil washing powder and the service after that which i received was fab! Elliot was very very helpful in helping us design the kit and the order was easy to put through. The kit came and it was such good quality compared to kits we have received from other places in the past! Will definitely be back for more kits in the future

Excellent product and designing process
As a school, we have used my club for two separate orders for athletics shirt and netball dresses. The kit is of a high quality and the design process allowed us to create something unique and special for our school, meeting sizing requirements from KS1 to KS2. The children love having the opportunity to wear it and represent our school with pride.

Top quality kit and customer service
I needed around 30 new jerseys designed and made for our rugby team which sounded like a difficult undertaking but My Club group made it incredibly easy and hassle free. Teddy was excellent all the way through providing brilliant customer service. They helped to design and eventually make our kit which came out fantastically. Highly recommend to anyone who needs stash made. Will absolutely use again.

Did not retain order details on more than one occasion
I did not have a good experience with this company; however I was using them in a different way to most people (I was ordering a single shirt having joined a team late). I wondered if a lot of staff were on holiday or something, because whenever I emailed, called or sent information via forms they said they had no record of it and kept asking for it again when I chased them up. The shirt took 5-6 weeks after ordering to arrive. This is not their fault because it is made abroad; however this, coupled with the delay in getting my order through in the first place, meant that I missed the summer tournament I was ordering for. I can see they offer a helpful design service, and Elliott was lovely and professional when I dealt with him, but I can't say I had a positive experience I'm afraid.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when communication feels slow or when an order takes longer than expected, especially for individual items or late additions to a team order. While most of our kits are custom-made to order in bulk and take several weeks to produce, that shouldn’t affect how quickly or clearly we communicate along the way, and we’re reviewing our internal processes to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
We’re really pleased that the quality of our kits and the professionalism of our team (including Elliott!) have been recognised, but we know we need to match that with consistently smooth service from start to finish.
Thank you and Amanda who have taken the time to share constructive feedback, we are listening, we are improving every day and we genuinely appreciate the chance to make things right.

Thanks to Dean and the team for assisting with us getting our kit! He always replied and answered questions very quickly and chased things up when needed.
The kit is excellent and everybody thinks it looks great!

A star service from start to finish!
After initial talks, using the very user friendly website to design a kit and clear communication from start to finish, we ended up with a high quality, well sized kit within 6 weeks from payment to deliver.
Summer Collison was a great rep for the company and really made sure the transaction went smooth without a single issue.
I can't recommend them more highly for quality but also value for money.
We will definitely be using them again.
