Excellent service, polite efficient and respectful of my home, great job done.

When booking with my constructor it was confirmed that prior to the appointment I would be told the details of the electrical company and confirmation of the appointment, but this didn't happen.

Andy was excellent. He arrived on time and carried out all the relevant electrical checks for my EICR certificate. He clearly explained any additional work that might be required and was very honest throughout. On this occasion, everything was in order. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future for any electrical work I may need.

I booked an electrician for an EICR, and the website reassigned the job to a different contractor. The new contractor was scheduled to attend tomorrow (Monday). However, at 10:40 pm on Sunday, I received a message saying the appointment has been cancelled.

This booking was made almost a week ago, so receiving a cancellation at this late stage is extremely frustrating. This is my first experience using your service, and based on this situation, I would not consider using it again or recommending it to others.
