The service was easy and they walked you through step-by-step. Very inexpensive which is my favorite part. And all the paperwork was legit very well organized and I am currently no an owner of an LLC

My only issue with this company is the "EXTRA" sell pressure on what seemed like every page. On one page sure, let me pick what I want, but to keep pushing for them time and time got old. In fact even when my paperwork arrived they put a sale cover page on it. They are mostly pushing for you the customer to buy their payroll service. Again and again. I believe that when someone declines it, that should be that, I knew what I needed and wanted. Payroll was not an item I desired, and I believe once it's declined, leave it alone.

When I called, I was under the impression that I was talking to the Nevada Corporate Headquarters company, Mistake number 1, I told her that I was affiliated with Fortune Builders, and she informed me that they do lots of business with their people, mistake number 2. When I LLC'd with them, the customer service rep never mentioned anything about the leather binder being an additional charge, in fact, she never mentioned anything at all about the leather binder.That cost me an additional $110, then after talking to NCH, I found out that the LLC that I filed with My Corporation doesn't have all the protection that I need , I wound up having to LLC a second company, This time I filled everything the right way, NCH walked me through the process step by step. My Corporation, was more interested in the money they could get from me than helping me.

Best way to file, and move forward on launching your business.

I called not sure of how to handle my incorporation. I was handled by a lady by the name of Tracy N. She was highly knowledgable and instantly became my point person. She walked me through the entire process with pros and cons for several scenarios. It was a one stop shopping experience and I am very grateful to her for it.

These people did an excellent job and were very prompt. Compared Them to another company and they were a little less money and did the job In a shorter amt. of time.

Great customer service and help, fast and easy to apply! Price right! Will use again!

We forwarded our SS4 form a month ago and we get a respond from the company that they never received our form. This has delay us getting our banking account and launching our business.

I would come back and do more business with them they walk you through everything

When the order was placed I spoke with a person they suggested I put there name on the form and they would be my point of contact. I never heard from them again. I had to call regarding the paperwork, which was there sitting in the office and they sent it over night.

Some customer service reps are excellent. Some not very good and seem to lack customer oriented training. Unfortunately it appears profit motive has again "trumped" service.
