Valde trepidus!
I’m an extremely anxious person and a nervous wreck when it comes to dental treatment. It was my first treatment with Dr Lopez and his dental nurse.
(I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name.)
Dr Lopez made me feel at ease immediately; after listening to my concerns, he checked my teeth and advised me I’d need an extraction.
The whole treatment, numbing cream, injections were all done in minutes, and the best part? I didn’t feel a thing!

I have not seen a dentist for about 8 years and I am 6ft 2in 19st xforces and xdoorman and the only thing in life that I have panic attacks with is the dentist so when I went for the first time I went on my own as i was like a bear with a sore when I got their the it felt very relaxed and the dentist was one of the nicest people I have ever met I have to have morst of my teeth taken out next week and as she made me feel so comfortable I am not worried at all they get 10 out of 5 anyone needs a dentist wait for my dentist to be taking patients on no matter how long it is

Just had my 6month check up and all is…
Just had my 6month check up and all is good at Fintra dental on the Andersonstown Road. Two weeks before my appointment the girls sent me a text to remind me and I they also sent an online form to fill out before I came to the surgery. The staff are so nice and very good at accommodating, Alan who is my dentist always ask after my well being the whole experience is like a big family wanting the best I would recommend.

Appointment at short notice
The staff managed to find me an emergency appointment and my dentist Florence gave me good advice about what I needed to do from here. I have full confidence in Florence and the staff in St Austell MyDentist.

Money before customer care
Paid up front for a referral to have a tooth extracted and was told theres a waiting list so could be 3/4 weeks. Went away to come back to be told its been cancelled and no refund as they had tried to contact me.
I would have to revisit the same dentist to be referred again resulting in the same costs.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.

early morning wake up call on a Sunday
this company send you text reminders at 7:13am on a Sunday, prohibited and enforced under guidelines from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).
Allowed Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Unfortunately complaints at the reception desk at the Dentist it's less than sympathetic and are not my job Attitude, escalating to the complaint line, same old story not my job. "I'll forward it to the complaint to the appropriate department." was the replay. No accountability.

It’s amazing practice the staff at the front desk are so nice helpful on every level . Plus my dentist is really nice has plenty of time and patience makes me feel safe. The practice is very clean and as easy excuses.

I've been using this dental clinic for about 4 years. I've been very happy with the standard of work, the availability of appointments and the prices of different treatments. Loads of free parking available too.

Miss Kommeneini 10 out of 10.
Miss Kommeneini knows I'm very wary of adrenalin and really put me at my ease. She gave me a filling without adrenalin and I felt nothing. She talked about what she was doing the whole time and ive never felt more relaxed at a dentist.
