Well made and reliable

It works well to charge the EV linked to octopus, data seems slightly different from the Solar Edge PV and Battery system but work well together . The app is very helpful to see and control the charging.

Great product Tom in technical help was brilliant helping me get it set up

Splendid appliance works well with the App.

Verificada

Simple and reliable

It works well and gives me a lot of information about how much electricity is being used and where it comes from - solar or incoming.

A great charger, that not only looks good but also works seamlessly with my Octopus Go Intelligent tariff.

The charger appears to be very good quality in terms of hardware, the software and app on the other hand, is slow, clunky and hard work. It is a battle to stop the charger from charging immediately when you want a third party app to control the charger. Like Intelligent Octopus Go. The user interface on the charger isn't the easiest to navigate and despite changing the unlock passcode successfully. It will only unlock with the old passcode

It charged my car twice, then decided to go haywire. Stopped now waiting for d installers to get back to me in d morning..I expect a new one fitted tomorrow. Fokearn.

Bought zappi together with an eddi. Had trouble with install. Took a few visits. Installer said there was some bug with new eddi software. Have eddi and zappi on seperate pages on app. It was the only way installer said it would work for the moment, until a patch is released. Not overly happy, as the data on each page does not match eg the eddi and zappi will indicate different amounts of power coming from the grid, at the same time. Besides this glitch they seem to be working well.

The charging plug does not fit properly and tightly into the casing.Given how expensive rthis unti was I am very disappointed with it.

Verificada

Very high quality service from myenergi start to finish in terms of getting a quote, onsite inspection (as the installation was none standard) and then the install and product itself. Coupled with Octupus Energy Intelligent Octopus Go tariff its been an amazing solution to home EV charging.

Verificada

Quite expensive, but worth it.

Verificada

So far (a couple of weeks after installation) the zappi works very well with intelligent octopus go - very pleased

Verificada

The Zappi works perfectly with our solar system to ensure cheap, clean and efficient charging of our EVs.

Verificada

Seems good.

Only had it for a few weeks but seems very good - only minor drawback is software explantion is poor - I wanted to set a charging time each night to coincide with cheap o/night rate and had to trawl through the various user forums to find an explanation
