I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with this order. I also just want to clarify for anyone reading that your two reviews relate to the same order (Daniel Huppert).
Your order was shipped on September 4, with an estimated delivery between September 10–15. My stated delivery time for Europe is 10–18 business days, but looking at the tracking, it unfortunately seems that your parcel has experienced a delay in transit. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for an order, and I’m going to look into the shipment personally now to see what I can find out.
Regarding the additional €29.25 charge, I completely understand that an unexpected fee is frustrating as well. This particular product was produced and shipped by my production partner in the US. As stated on my website, while most EU orders are produced within the EU, some products may be produced outside the EU and can therefore be subject to local customs, import VAT or carrier handling fees. That said, I’m also happy to look into the specific charge you received to better understand what happened here.
I’ll do my best to get some clarity on both the shipment and the additional charge as quickly as possible.
