Well what can I say! Outstanding service again, the phone always gets answered in good time staff are always happy to help. This has been my third interaction and I can honestly say I could not recommend this company highly enough! Today I phoned to amend my sons number plate a very seamless process small admin fee all sorted in minutes. The young lady even wished my son happy birthday by name those little touches… outstanding I would have scored a 10 if it was possible thank you.

Maddie was extremely helpful and patient in making changes to my daughter's policy and advising us on any other tasks we needed to complete.

Awful - do not use. Very helpful at the beginning to get your money BUT beware of the extra charges that come along when you need more miles. It literally doubled just needing an extra 2000 miles
