I was calling to let them know my daughters had passed her text and the policy would need to be altered. Cole took my call, congratulated my daughter and changed her policy over. He was cheerful and the call took less than 2 mins.

I was tad disappointed with company because they decided to issue a cancellation on my daughter's policy. My daughter made a genuine mistake by not updating her change of job but was very honest from the start about it. My daughter was informed that someone would call her back prior to cancellation notice. I spoke to a young gentleman named " Cole " . He listened to our situation and took everything into consideration. He informed that there would be additional fees involved and would assist in removing the cancellation notice. He dealt with the situation very swiftly and in professional manner and showed compassion to a genuine mistake. He also replied swiftly with updated emails and confirmations . He must be a very valued member of staff for " My First " because today he made a difference to someone's future. Thank you Cole. MR D SANGHA
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the service I received.
The lady - Lily - that I spoke to on the phone was very through and explained the details of what I was asking and even went out of her way to find out the cost of the renewal of my policy.

Amazing team on board everytime I called they was all so helpful and tried to find everything that’s cheap as possible for me, this is an amazing company and will tell all my family and friends about them.
Faith restored and very understanding
So,
I Initially put a review here about avoiding this company, this was on the back of a number of stressful phone calls, miscommunication, misunderstanding and a car company that started the snowball rolling by trying to sell a dodgy car.
After getting to the right person though (Matt) who was very apologetic, empathic, and I have to say very understanding about the rage I displayed in phone calls ( he listened back) we came to a resolution. Thank you to Matt for taking this time and reviewing all the issues and explaining things to me, and having the patience with me.
Although we are not taking insurance with My First now ( due to the car) I wouldn’t rule them out in the future.
It just shows they are still companies out there willing to help and understand circumstances, my faith has been restored.

Horrible service
Horrible service, rude employees, cancelled my insurance due to them giving me a faulty black box in which we asked for a new one and instead of doing so cancelled my insurance via email , not even a phone call. The pricing is ridiculous paying over 4 thousand when other companies was more than half that amount , I was refunded less than half despite only being with them for 3 months. I strongly recommend you use this company ☺️

Taking out an insurance policy for my 17yr old son was made so much easier by Jasper and his colleague , everything was fully explained.. I mean insurance prices are still extremely high for a new driver but felt more assured that it was the right company to go with because of Jasper!
