I asked them to cancel my subscription but got no response and was still charged and it was posted (to an old address)

I was really happy with the first box but the next thing I received was 4 toothbrushes and a note saying my subscription had changed and I would only get 4 toothbrushes a year for £14. This is not what I signed up to. I emailed Habox on Monday 11th September for further information and I have still not had a response. Very disappointed.

Really good idea to get children interested in brushing teeth and building good habits/routines.
Also the toothpaste is better than I any other I can find..

We absolutely love Habox. The girls are always excited to receive the personalised boxes! They have been more positive and proactive about brushing their teeth!

I have not received this quarters order. In My Account it shows that I paid on 13th March but it's now 27th March and I haven't received anything and it's saying the order is unfulfilled. No correspondence to explain.

Great quality items - the disclosing tablets sent as an extra were a huge hit!

I can’t recommend Habox enough. It was the best investment I have made in my daughters oral health! It really encourages good habits with clear goals all while fun! The team are so helpful & friendly! If you are thinking of joining DO IT!

poor value - contents of box worth less than £5.00, feels like you're just paying for the novelty of postage & packaging

The first box was great- really useful extras to help us on our teeth brushing journey but the second box has been a disappointment. £12 for a toothbrush & toothpaste doesn't feel like good value. no extras this time other than a cardboard game which isn't suitable for a toddler. Think this box is better if you've either got an under 1 year old or over 3 year old as the gap in the middle seem to miss out on the benefits of this box unfortunately.

I really like the concept but there just wasn’t enough imagination to make the boxes worthwhile. The last box was a flimsy game which was apparently appropriate for my two year olds. Anyone who knows toddlers know this will be in the bin in 2 mins - I’d love to have seen something more thoughtful.
