My Layby New Zealand Opiniones 

I've given three stars, orders came separately (3 times), was left thinking my orders were stolen. First delivery, packing slip stated two items, yet received only the one. Second delivery, same thing, third delivery correct order delivered. Dealt with a staff member at Layby, she was awesome, however, could not ring me back because I am in NZ, once she had contacted the courier company. Email contact made at least a week later after my first dealings. Does not deter me from using My LayBy again, just need to improve in some area's.

first experience not good, paid my product off in 2 months, was told to wait 14 business days for delivery, waited 15 working days still no product, was told to wait another 7 business days still no product, not good when you get my money and 3 nearly 4 months no delivery of what I paid for, requested a refund instead of waiting for another 7 working days

I am not even a customer. Was declined on application. I have been a frequent user of Humm, Zip and Afterpay for the past 2 years and prefer their opportunities given.

I love Afterpay its convenient and easy to use.
