Bad product quality
Purchased a pc off of their website everything was smooth until I received it, it came faulty sent it back for repair and received it another week later with the same faulty issue

Sorry to hear that. We have emailed you regarding this.
All PCs we sell are tested before being shipped out; since this one wouldn't even power on, that’s definitely not something we would have missed. Given that, it’s likely the damage occurred during transit.
We did replace the damaged part and test it again before shipping out the second time, but we're happy to have another look if it's happened again, or if there's a different issue.
