Purchased the Hypnos mattress for my son’s bed. He said he’s had the best night sleep ever. Super quality. This is our second purchase from this outlet and through experience the Hypnos is our go to for back support and a great night sleep. I can’t express the excellent quality of these mattresses.

They answered all of my questions.
They answered all of my questions very quickly. I love that it has the trial, but I knew I would keep it within a day. They spoke to me about the delivery, the collection of the old one, and a few other things. They’re fab!!!

Great service and comfy mattress
Great service and comfy mattress. The mattress arrived the next day and the delivery guys were really helpful. I would highly recommend this mattress, it is quite firm in that you don't roll around but also soft enough to feel really comfortable.

Couldn’t recommend more
Never thought I’d say this about a mattress company, but best customer experience I’ve had in a long while. My product went out of stock but rather than making this my problem, the customer service team offered a number of solutions and made sure I never went without a mattress given we had a guest staying with us that week. Would recommend my next mattress and already have to friends.

It’s been a month and I’m still waiting…
It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for my mattress. I was originally told it would be delivered on 5 September, but the delivery date was later changed to 14 September. Since then, I haven’t received any updates not even an email. It’s now 11.35pm 14th September.
I regret not ordering direct from Nectar.

WRONG MATTRESS SENT
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ordered an Emma Diamond Deluxe No Springs Mattress, and unfortunately our first delivery arrived in a ripped box and, once we unpacked it, we realised it was the wrong mattress.
We contacted Emma and were told it was old stock and to use it until they could arrange delivery of the correct mattress. We ended up waiting 5 weeks. During this time, we went onto the Emma website and noticed that the mattress we had originally ordered was back in stock and available to order for next-day delivery.
We contacted Emma again to ask when ours would arrive, and were told it would be delivered within two days. Thankfully, it was — although I do wonder how much longer we would have been waiting if we hadn't got back in touch.
The delivery men were absolutely lovely. They unwrapped the mattress for us and took all the packaging and box away, which was a great service.
As for the mattress itself — it is lovely and so comfortable! ❤️ We are really pleased with it and are sleeping very comfortably.
So, although the initial experience and the 5-week wait were disappointing, we are very happy with the mattress and the delivery service in the end.

Excellent delivery service
I haven’t as yet opened the box of my new mattress but just want to say that the delivery service was excellent. I was kept informed as to exactly when the mattress was to arrive and I was rung 10 mins before arrival which I found very helpful.
