Excellent service-purchased a parrot cage Lisa called me to advise about delivery and that the courier would also call me about delivery time and arrival. Exceptional customer service would highly recommend this company and my Parrot is a happy chappy. Also courier man was so helpful putting cage where I wanted and taking away packaging.

Order placed on a Monday for travel the following Monday. Order not dispatched until Friday...on the day of travel no travel cage, order expected that day 2 hr time slot neighbour kindly waited in...no parcel?? Was told they dont guarantee delivery timelines so return would be at my expense. This is after many emails, voicemails little response. Facebook post on Monday night of my parcel being delivered to completely the wrong address in a village I have no way of getting to, im recovering from surgery and no public transport. Have emailed asking for a full refund again will update this, but judging by all the small print they aren't going to honour this even if this was their error. Not professional practices, bad communication No understanding or responsibility so far...will update this.

Absolutely exceptional customer services, and delivery. Products are brilliant too. I ordered a cage and several items and they was all delivered the next day. I accidentally made. Shipping mistake and had it sent to my old address and they was super easy to contact and they resolved it no problem at all. Thank you, highly recommend buying from here :)

Amazing customer services, iv been rescuing parrots for many years and have ordered many cages and this company is by far the best iv dealt with. Lisa is a god send and set my mind at ease as a 1st time customer and went above and beyond to help me get my 2 Santos cages to me fast and efficiently. I encountered a problem with my phone not taking incoming calls and contacted Lisa with a new number for the couriers and she had informed them within the hour. I used the contact form to ask my parrot for a call before I made my order so that I could make sure this was a legit company due to the much cheaper prices and I received a call back within half an hour. If your looking for great cages at great prices with great customer services, this is the only place you will need.

I stumbled across my parrot website on a Google search and I'm so glad I did. I've ordered 2 cages from here. The first cage arrived with a slightly damaged cage bottom and without quibble they sent me an entire new bottom! My second cage I've literally just ordered and I ordered the wrong size cage so instead of having to cancel the entire order they sent me a payment link to pay the difference. This company is very accommodating and their customer service is top notch. I have recommended my parrot to a few people now and I will keep doing so. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with them.
