I placed an order with My Perfume Shop…
I placed an order with My Perfume Shop expecting delivery by 28/5, as clearly stated on their website and invoice. Later, I was informed that my order was actually a preorder and would be delayed. This raised suspicion, so I tried repeatedly to get updates via email and WhatsApp, but their contact numbers didn’t work.
After sending multiple emails, I finally received a rude and dismissive reply from someone named Lenka, who accused me of spamming their inbox and delaying their response. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she offered to cancel my order and told me to order elsewhere, signing off as the “Chief Happiness Officer.” This attitude is completely unacceptable.
I never got any tracking information, and their handling of my order and communication was appalling. I have requested a refund and will be watching closely to see if it is processed on time.
I do not recommend this shop due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and outright rude customer service.

Order continually exceeded delivery time. Tried to cancel to get a refund. They ignored requests to cancel and are now disputing the refund that Mastercard provided. Don't waste your time and money.

Guys please beware of ordering from this company. This is total SCAM. On their website they show the product as available or give you a certain date for pre order items but you actually never get the product. I placed the order on 20th Feb and I was given a delivery date of 5th March. After that they sent an email saying the goods have arrived at auckalnd warehouse and will be shipped and email confirmatuon will be sent once the order is shipped. NO EMAIL CAME. I followed up one day before the delivery date only to be told that items will not be shipped until the following week. This is the second week and still no products. Their customer service person told me either to cancel the order or order will be shipped early next week(THIS WAS LAST WEEK).NO UPDATE STILL ALL THEY SAY IS BASICALLY IF YOU CANNOT WAIT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. PLAESE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE. JUST COMPLETE FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED

Continuation of my perfume shop updates
Hi Everyone. Lenka from my perfume shop has been in contact with me quite a few times. It's great and a relief to able to communicate. As mentioned before, an explanation for the mishaps was given and since xmas has finished, communication has been good so far. My Perfume Shop is sending me my order which should arrive this week.
Once I've received my order, I will be writing my final review on my perfume shop which should be a 5star review

90ml on 28th November as a birthday present for a good friend her birthday being on the 21st December 2024 the site clearly said
Pre-order: Get it by Wednesday, 11 December.
I got email after email with excuses of a delay and assuring me my item would now be upgraded and Express posted, not sure how thats legal as its perfume! Well needless to say that never happened my friends birthday on the 21st December came and went then to add insult to injury this company took it upon themselves on 30th December to abruptly cancel the order I had been waiting for since 28th November for my friends birthday. I buy alot of perfume so would have been a very good customer!! I am so disgusted with how I have been treated by this perfume company and would personally NOT recommend their service by the way I have been treated!!

Not happy with the 5 perfumes I purchased. They don’t long last. I spent over $1.000 not getting genuine perfume obviously. I would have rather paid a bit extra buying those perfumes from Myer than from this company. And also the delivery was delayed from the date they listed I should get them. Very dissapointed. That’s only my experience 🙏🏻

Poor Quality - Possibly not an original Perfume
When I opened the perfume the scent was not the standard Narciso Rodriquez MUSC scent, nor did the scent last the full day (my previous perfumes have not have this issue).
I emailed multiple times with no response.

Very happy with the service & prompt delivery
I recently bought the 150ml Mr Burberry Indigo. It was delivered promptly, was exactly what I ordered & the communication from Matt was great. Would definitely use them again.
Scammers selling TOXIC and potentially…
Scammers selling TOXIC and potentially LETHAL fake copies of high ranking brands. Their toxic crap was returned "sealed and unopened" and now they are stalling with refund "which they will try not to repay, because they are criminals anyway"
Counterfeit Perfumes are HIGHLY ILLIGAL even more so if stuff is being sold under the origal brand names.
And Trustpilot deleting negative reviews and allowing FAKE POSITIVE reviews makes them just as guilty.
My perfume shop is literally a criminal operation that needs to be stopped
And of course refund EVERYONE they scammed and face lawsuits for any medical issues people will suffer from using their FAKE TOXIC junk

I haven't bought perfumes from them in a while due to financial constraints, but I must say I received the BEST service from My Perfume Shop. From the quality of the perfumes to the delivery time. They are the best I will definitely buy again and would recommend them.
