Product rubbish.Company ignore emails.Did not receive all products.

I would give no stars but there wasn't an option. I ordered a red light wrist strap on 28 May 2026 to be delivered to Northern Ireland. I did not receive my wrist strap nor has anyone replied to my emails since then enquiring about delivery delay. It is now 30 June. Is it a scam company?

I ordered April 29th and here we are May 15th and I still haven't seen the product. I wished I had read these reviews because I would not have bought. Here's hoping I get a refund.....

Is this about the "tinnitus spray" if so? I ordered 3 bottles ended up with 5 🤷‍♀️ on my Drs advice I opened one bottle, sprayed once in each ear.. within 2 minutes had pain in both ears and the noise was louder I contacted the company asked for a refund and how to return items.. Their response they sent me an extra 6 bottles.. Yes I did question why I got the extra bottles No response at first.. When they did they stated they do Not do refunds but sent me another 6 bottles as an apology? .. I stated I would legally take it further.. No response...So something I didnt order was that many bottles was only suppose to be 3.. and Lost $$$.

If I could give them a score lower than 1 star I would.
Stay Away. Far Far away....that’s what they do once they get your money.
The product is a fraud and they disappear when you try to execute a return. They owe me $200.
SCAM FOR SURE.

Total scam! Product doesn’t work. Will refund BUT you have to pay for return shipping to CHINA!! Postage to China costs more than the refund you will receive, a loophole they clearly use to NOT honor money back guarantee.

The item has not worked for me and after several attempts to return within the 90 days I receive emails back saying keep trying - they will not honour their money back guarantee even though I have the original packaging and have done everything as asked - don’t buy this crap!

Do not use this company. Like other reviewers, I found the product didn't work and emailed to ask about returning it for a full refund. I was offered either a 30% refund or a 100% credit voucher - neither of which I wanted. This is a tiotal scam and I am not going to let them get away with it. I will be taking legal action.

Horrible customer service. Refund policy is a scam.
I ordered their product and it was shipped to the wrong address and returned to the warehouse. I emailed requesting a refund and declined having them reship it. I was told they would issue a refund as soon as they had confirmation it was returned to their warehouse. I received an email confirming it had been received and emailed customer service again to request the refund and they have yet to respond to me or issue a refund. This was a month ago. I'm now emailing them daily and getting no response.

absolute sham of a company spent $79aus promising 100% cash back guarantee. They only offer 30% refund or a credit note. They are a scam and preying on ppl with an incurable affliction that we all want desperately to fix. DO NOT USE THEM!

I would just like to echo the other two reviewers. A bot repeating the same thing after I said I wanted a refund and that I had decided not to use the product. I actually returned the parcel to a contact address, but it bounced back. Scam
An update - on 27 June I asked for a refund. After numerous emails, today (8August) I received £10.50 from a product of £35. The meagre sum has been explained. I would have to return the product to China, and that I would have to bear the cost of the postage. I could not ascertain any returns policy.

This company promises a money-back guarantee if their product doesn't work - but they refuse to honor it. After MANY emails, the best they would do was a 30% refund.

Terrible company. Promote a product that doesn’t work with a 90 money back guarantee. When you ask for a refund an AI bot tries to convince you to continue with the product. If you insist on getting your money back everything goes silent and it’s impossible to get a refund. Steer well clear absolute scam company
