Initial onboarding, delivery of the prescription and instructions for administering the medication were simple and efficient. Dosage was tailored to my specific needs, and everything is monitored by a dedicated doctor. Just completed my 1st month review and already have a fresh prescription. Can't see how this could have gone any better.

Scammy company that took over another company and harasses you about an order or RX that never went through. Customer service is non-existent and you will not get through to anything be but they will keep sending emails saying they "hear you" next step is reported by to the better business bureau. Stay away from them.

The customer service is terrible. I was given conflicting medical advice, told I’d be sent GLP medication at a lower dose to help with side effects - that was never received. I told them repeatedly I did not want Zofran, and they continued to say they would send it, then apologize for the confusion and, then tell me they were sending it and I’d say no- 4 rounds of this. Today I get a message that it was sent with the tracking number.

All communication is done with a case number, through email. It’s clear that no one is looking at a patients history nor prior communication.

They should not be in business.

I’m so glad I decided to start a glp-1, and Raeliva made it easy! I feel great- better than I have in years, my clothes fit, I feel like myself. I especially like the convenience of having everything done from my phone and mailed directly to my house. I thought I’d hate injecting myself but it doesn’t hurt at all. I was first a bit skeptical because I didnt know the brand but the experience has been really smooth and professional. You fill out a survey, connect to a doctor who reviews your health history and prescribes the prescription for you. Once it arrives the instructions are super simple and it definitely works!! At the beginning I lost almost too much weight so I slowed down a bit and have been steadily loosing weight at a really healthy pace. I feel great and def recommend them.
