Just like all the other reviews on here, I am outraged with this company. It's been over 4 months and no portrait. They've answered all my emails with "please be patient". I paid over $100. I've disputed the order with my bank and can not believe I am still seeing the advertisements for this scam of a company all over my instagram/facebook.

Like all the others, I ordered a while ago and have had zero response from them regarding when to expect delivery. No receipt was ever sent to me. No updates. Just a bunch of marketing emails. Wish I had read these reviews first.

I ordered 8/6/2020 and we are at 11/10/2020. There is no number to call, you can chat online with a rep but all they state is that they are working on the order. No details. They advertise 3-5 weeks. This is horrible

Ordered A Picture on 07/30/2020 And It Is Now 11/06/2020. No Picture, BUT There Are Never Ending E-mail Ads, And Being Ghosted When I Email To Ask About My Order. This Company IS A SCAM!

You know what would be cool? If customer service could get back to me via the requests I’ve made through 4 portals of contacts, over 8 times on an order that was placed 11 weeks ago, and was told was shipping out over a month ago. No tracking. Refusal to respond to any of my inquiries. I’m now having to work with my bank to get my money back and a lawyer. All because they refuse to address why my order hasn’t shipped. This company is a scam DO NOT BUY.

Worst e-commerce experience of my life. After waiting for over 6 months, I have not received the package. Customer service does not reply to e-mails. Uncertain if it is a scam or terribly managed company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I give one star because I cannot give 0 stars.

Paid extra to have a prioritized delivery. After 2 months, no answer from their customer services on different platform. No idea is the portrait is ready or shipped. Bad customer service to my opinion.

Everyone is correct here. Total scam. I purchased in early September. No responses to email, no one to call, just a trash company!! I am very upset.

Same story as everyone else on here. Unfortunately I did not do my research and ordered from this crap company. Was confused at first as to why my credit card was charged immediately but I did not receive a confirmation email, order number, nothing. After a week a started sending emails and haven’t gotten one response, yet I get daily emails as I signed up for a subscription. I’ve tried texting and even now leave comments on their Instagram posts which get deleted. So annoyed, DO NOT order from this site.

total scam. Ordered portrait with expected 2-4 week delivery. Over 3 months with no response from customer service.

SCAM!!.. STOLEN MONEY!!.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!.. I ordered a two person print in early May 2020 when the website said it would take 5-10 business days to be shipped. Their website noted COVID would add approximately a week to the process. I am stIll waiting over 5 months later. I emailed asking about the delays and when it’ll be completed. Weeks pass without any response and when they do they say please be patient. Early September I started demanding my money back and after a couple emails and a couple weeks I got a response saying the product was in its completion phase and will be shipped very soon. That was mid September.... now almost November and still waiting .. this company will take your money and not fulfill their promises. HUGE SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Placed my order, paid extra for the rush option and bam, no communication from company whatsoever other than "your order has been placed" email. I sent 3 emails and even left comments on their social channels, where other people remarked they were experiencing the same issue - only to have the company delete the comments of us asking what the heck was happening. If you're going to steal peoples money, never forget that screenshots live forever.

All in all huge scam that has resulted in me disputing the charge.

Been waiting forever... AVOID. Terrible.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered in July! Its Oct and after multiple emails back & forth with CS I finally rcvd my digital file but I'm still waiting on the merch I ordered. I'm at 29 emails so far and nothing yet! Had to file with BBB ... RoyalPortraits is BOGUS!!!

This a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Never received my package, no customer service phone number. Send several emails and they don’t know where the package is. Awful customer service

Warning! Major issues with www.myroyalportraits / www.royalportraits I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered an 8x10 that came to me with the image disfigured. The company was kind enough to re-do it. When I finally got the new portrait it was a larger size than what I had originally ordered. I had already bought an expensive frame for the 8x10. Over 25 emails and 10 chats later no response from the company to fix the issue of the wrong size. Nothing at all. During my 10 chats they say it’s been sent to the support team and they kept saying I would get a reply but yet no response at all. Take this WARNING if you order from this company if there is a problem with your order, they will not reply to your emails or try to help you. I kept asking to try and work this out and have gotten no response at all with over 25 emails. This has been going on for 3 months. Please take this as a WARNING before you order.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I’ve been waiting 2 months on a portrait that was said to come in 2-4 weeks. Still nothing but a response (after so many emails I sent) with them saying they’re waiting on a tracking number.
This was supposed be be a birthday gift for my son. Maybe it will be a Christmas gift, if they even ever send it.
My first and last time dealing with this company.

SCAM!! You will not receive your portrait! They stole $100 from me. Now I get to spend more time trying to get refunded. What a waste of time. The customer service is non existent and they never reply to their 'support' email address. STAY AWAY!!
