Fantastic day skipper theory course - concepts explained clearly with brilliant graphics, interactive, useful downloads, all whilst being able to complete the course at your own pace. Marcus was very helpful and responsive throughout. I'd highly recommend!

The SRC course study and assessment have been enjoyable to undertake. The online learning was easy to do and there was some humour in the handbook! The assessor today, Marcus was welcoming, friendly and knew his stuff! There was plenty of opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions.

I can highly recommend MySailingCourse and the Day Skipper course. The on line modules are beautifully constructed and very comprehensive, with worked examples that allow you to develop skills and confidence gradually. Support is excellent, with responses to queries usually received in minutes.

Great content on the online course, and probably the best customer service I've ever had. My use case was a bit awkward as I only intended to use the online material for revision,but Markus was really helpful.

Combining both the online content and classroom sessions really helped me to pass this course.

The online content is fantastically written with lots of interactive sections as you progress through the modules. I was able to work through these in my own time and at my own pace.

All of our classroom sessions contained a mixture of presentations, videos, discussions , hands on exercises and plenty of help from the chief instructor.

I know there are a lot of online courses out there just now but if you’re looking for one then it should be this one. The online content is well structured, easy to access and an interesting way to learn the day skipper theory course. There are plenty of illustrations and end of topic quizzes. Support material such as maps, a training almanac, and plotting instruments were also used on this course.
Marcus provided great and fast online back up where help was required with some topics.
This online course is ideal for those wanting to learn day skipper theory ,in their own time as it suits them, and also revisit topics at a later date to refresh.
Since completing this course I have had enough knowledge and confidence to plot and navigate several uk south coast waters and estuaries with ease b both by sail and motor cruiser.
I can highly recommend this course.
