You sent me order number 27916 which I had tried to cancel by 3 WhatsApp messaged, three phone calls and one email, all of which were totally ignored.
I find this totally unacceptable, I made this order in good faith and expect better service

Very good - replaced gods lost in transit with zero fuss

I paid for express shipping, the order was sent late and did not arrive in time. When the order arrived, they had sent the wrong size (35 instead of 25 mm). Over a week later, I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in customer service via email, phone, or Whatsapp to return the wrong items and get a refund.

Prompt delivery

I called up as I needed my item quickly and live on an island- it came the very next day- top marks!

Some error with delivery of partly missing goods. Immediately rectified once a phone call was made to alert them to the fact that I had sent an email.

I didn’t receive one of my items and they sent me another one within a day as I called and said I needed it as soon as possible.

Easy to order and prompt delivery.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I got an email requesting one. Sadly I can’t give a good one. I paid for next day delivery, 3 days later my order still hadn’t been dispatched and I had no contact from the company. I called them and spoke to a (seemingly) very helpful man who explained that they could not send the item I had ordered but offered me an alternative, I explained that I needed it by the next day so he assured me they would get it sent out that day for next day delivery. They did not dispatch the order until the next day so the order didn’t arrive in time for the event I was exhibiting at and I had to buy an alternative from somewhere else. The item eventually arrived the following week. So I paid extra for next day delivery and it took a week to get to me, and if I had not phoned them I don’t know when it would have been dealt with at all as they had not contacted me about the problem with the order, it seemed it was just left in limbo. Very disappointing experience, a waste of money, I wouldn’t order from here again.

Items were easy to select/order. Delivery arrived in good time. Would use again.

we did not receive the goods we ordered I made a telephone call regarding or order and was told they would get back to me which did not happen. I have now looked at the tracking and it says the order has been cancelled.

Everything arrived and seem great.

It's been 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting for a delivery or even an update on when I can expect it. Absolutely deplorable service!

Items that were sent were damaged. I asked for replacements and never heard back.

You can talk to real people who go out of their way to be helpful. They very quick organising delivery but were let down by the courier - that just didnt turn up for two days. Called the company and theyy arranged a next day delivery with another company.
Very pleased with the exact shelves I wanted and frames . Good prices too

The order was placed and received in a timely manner. One item, a glass shelf was delivered shattered. It happens, packaging wasn't fantastic and couriers aren't exactly careful. Within an hour or two I emailed the company, along with a photo of the damaged shelf to request a replacement. That was a few working days ago and have had no response yet.

Glass items ordered were delivered promptly and packed very well, labelled fragile.
Communication excellent

The 2 frames that I ordered arrived in a soft cardboard packaging with ‘Fragile’ tape stuck around the top. The packaging had holes in and was bent as if it had taken a knock in transit I presume. When I opened it on Weds BOTH of my frames were bent and buckled. I had booked someone to come and install them at my business on Fri so I immediately emailed to complain and ask that new frames be sent out. I’ve still not heard back at all!! The tradesman managed to bend the frames back a little and put them up, even though they’re damaged. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, comms and packaging from this company. I would NOT recommend using them
