Super friendly service from the whole team at MySpa. In December 2021 we had our Sundance Spa installed and were so happy it was an easy decision to order a Covana top for it, which was installed in last week April 2022. Top engineers installed the system and were only too happy to help in every way. An easy 5* to review company.

Great customer service from Maddy at MySpa. Very polite, knowledge, patient and helpful. Such a lovely young lady. Thank you Maddy. Installation with Ashley went very smoothly - thank you. Some slight damage to the new retaining sleeper wall as the hot tub was lowered over. Full explanation of how to use and maintain the hot tub made simple. Answered all my questions. Thank you.

Excellent friendly service from a team that obviously knew all about hot tubs. I was given a very detailed brief on keeping it clean and how to manage the chemicals. They were respectful of my property and it all went very smoothly.

Cathy did a very good job with the hot tub made it all shiny and clean looks like new. Cathy is a very friendly lady and has very knowledgeable of hot tubs and what to do.

The team from Myspa who installed our hot tub were excellent. Very experienced, polite and couldn't do enough for us. They explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend Myspa, they were a joy to have dealings with.

Although we had a long wait to get our hot tub (due to a variety of factors- some at our end), it has been well worth the wait
The service provided by MySpa has been honest,informative and responsive from the get go. We looked at several suppliers and outlets and are very pleased that we chose MySpa in the end.
The installation team were excellent, making sure I was happy with the final position of the tub, patiently explaining how to maintain it (several times!) and even performing a bit of pruning of shrubs that were catching when the cover lifter was operating!

Every three months our hot tub is cleaned out by MySpa normally Cathy comes to us …. We are very lucky to have her regularly as she is always happy cheerful and works really hard. I would recommend the company they are really helpful even bring my chemicals for me.

Excellent professional service very friendly

This was our first wash and water change since having the hot tub. Ashley was very polite and as he knew we were new owners did ask how we were getting on with the tub. It only took a few hours for the wash and valet to complete.
Only issue was I had to chase up my appointment time so it was late in the afternoon before they arrived.

Kurtess and the team at my spa were excellent from start to finish. Professional knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our needs wherever possible. The hot tub itself is excellent and really powerful and fully adjustable. The install team were friendly and efficient and really took the time to explain about the maintenance and care of the spa

The whole team have been responsive from ordering to installation. I ordered the hot tub during the pandemic, despite the difficulties this have caused the team have kept me updated throughput the process. During the initial appointment at the show room there was no 'hard sell' and it felt as though there was plenty of time to ask questions and to go through all options. The team kept me updated from delivery through to arranging the installation date. The installation team arrived when they said, they were all very pleasant and professional and gave explanations of what they were doing throughout the process.

Myspa in Leicester are absolutely fantastic. From the moment we stepped into the shop the staff were friendly and super helpful. They took their time to explain how a hot tub works and most importantly I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. The staff especially Maddie always took time to answer and explain any questions that I had. Also, special thanks to all the helpful staff in the shop; Lauren, Tom, John, Ben and Andy. You are all very kind and extremely helpful.

I have also had my first Hot Tub cleaning service by Cathy. She did an amazing job in the cold and rain yesterday. She cleaned all jets and filters and explained what she was doing, she did a thorough job (took over 3 hours) and my Hot Tub now looks brand new. Thank you Cathy.
