Kathy from MySpa, arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble including the two dogs! Kept at a social distance, and adhered to all the relevant COVID rules. Although we have had the Spa for 4 months, the wife wasn’t at home when it was installed so had lots of questions.
Kathy answered all questions and worked more or less non stop for 3 hours, excellent service and outstanding job.

Amazing team, amazing service!

Last Summer, 3 months into Lockdown V1, we were lucky enough to get delivery of our Hot Tub from Myspa.co.uk. From the moment we chose and ordered the right tub for us, we were treated like a valued client and nothing was too much trouble in adapting our order and arranging the crane, installation into the back of our home.

The team which installed it were friendly and professional and when we had a few teething problems with it the wouldn't leave until they were satisfied that it was corrected and working perfectly.

Since then, from ordering supplies, to having our quarterly clean we've been taken care in a perfect way and everyone has been absolutely brilliant.

From Jenni, John, Sarah and Maddy in the back office, arranging supplies and service bookings, to Sam, Dave and the lovely Cathy who does our amazing, deep clean and refresh every quarter - they make an amazing team and I know I'm in good hands for support and assistance.

Excellent Service and already recommended to a friend

The Installation team were excellent. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do.

This is our 2nd hot tub from MySpa and again the ordering process and delivery of the hot tub was on time. The installation went smoothly and the lads worked really hard to have us up and running as soon as possible.
I would definitely recommend MySpa to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

Delighted with our new hot tub. Very friendly staff, especially Jess at the Macclesfield branch who was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful and guided us to the model that was most suitable for our needs and budget.
Kept up to date about regarding installation and site survey. Two lovely installers arrived who were professional, obviously very experienced and very pleasant. Lots of information given regarding the hot tub care and maintenance and I’m so glad that I wrote it all down as suggested!

I totally love the support and care that I get from MySpa. My whole experience with everyone has been wonderful. My initial discussions and planning with Sarah through to everyone in assessment and installation has been exemplary. My questions or request for information have been answered straight away and today Cathy has been to do the water change and clean with her level of customer care being above and beyond! Everyone at MySpa seems to go the extra mile and I know that they pride themselves on customer care so I would award gold stars if I could! I absolutely love our hot tub and it has added so much to my life. Their care gives me continuing confidence that I will have years to come of great enjoyment. From first attending showroom to the first service including installation the staff have not only been knowledgeable but also most pleasant and attentive.
We are really looked after, today Kathy was on site undertaking the first service, it was great especially in these unprecedented circumstances.

Fantastic choice and brilliant service from initial enquiry in Macclesfield showroom Jess, to Tom in Leicester to the installation team. Also organise a crane for the install.

10 out of 10 for Myspa UK, Maddy, Amie and Sam the installer were very efficient and great guys to deal with, they bent over backwards to get me sorted for Christmas with only a few days notice.

The Myspa team were really helpful. Installation was very good and the installers were very friendly and helpful despite the weather being awful during the delivery of the hot tub.

With lockdown restrictions, the MySpa team have implemented an easy but effective way of managing site visits. They approach the issue with a good protocol that ensures the work is carried out under very safe rules.
Add to that the knowledgeable, friendly, efficient engineer, Sam, and I was very pleased with the service to my hot tub. We had a pre-visit discussion to understand the possible issues that had caused the breakdown, and the engineer had all the potential spare parts needed.
1.5 hrs later, hot tub repaired, up and running.
The administration and office staff were equally polite and helpful in coordinating the visit.
