I have seen these opened before and was very impressed with the quality of the items. I have bought 2 at 29.99 so far as Christmas gifts so won't know the contents until then but the boxes were pretty heavy so well filled. Will definitely be ordering another couple as Christmas gifts for this year.
Delivery was also super fast so really pleased with that.

5 stars only because don't have option for 10!!! Easy website and the box itself is 100% worth the £29.99... its actually worth at LEAST twice that as they suggest. Ok maybe not all items suitable for this household BUT its a mystery box!! What we can't utilise ourselves or as gifts are such hugh quality will be easy to donate. 100% recommend!!

As expected a great box , I know to can’t be helped but a few things the same as the last two boxes I ordered but a nice surprise

Brought a beauty box and very happy. It’s defo worth the money and more.

I got my daughter the teenage girl £30 box as a birthday present she was really pleased with her stuff in side. They where lots in the box worth the money only a computer mouse she will not use. More then happy with the rest of the stuff great gifts.

I had a bit of a mix up with the boxes I ordered, I got in touch and Shamus could not of been any more helpful ! He sorted the problem out and the new box arrived the next day. Brilliant service and brilliant boxes thank you 😊

The web site was easy to use and they read any information you left. They kept you posted and were fast and reliable

I was very apprehensive about ordering a mystery box and checked out many options and read many reviews and I decided to go with MysteryBoxShop and I'm so glad I did. The boxes are definitely great value for money and they arrived in great condition and in good time.

Initially there was a slight delay due to an huge increase in orders following a live stream. However I made contact and was updated immediately and within a couple of days my boxes arrived.

I then made another order which hit a technical problem so I made contact again and I was actually telephoned by the lovely Shamus who personally put my boxes on the pallet for distribution and he has followed up since to ensure I recieved them.

Such amazing customer service that is lacking by many companies these days.

I often doubt rave reviews because I always think they have been made up but here I am typing out my own rave review.

Honestly give this company a go, you won't be disappointed.

Great surprise box, will buy again.

Had previously ordered a junior boys box and felt it was too much superhero items (my son is not into superheroes) and maybe aimed more at a younger child, but probably just depends on stock. Was still happy with the original purchase but I was contacted by Shamus at mystery box to chat through my original review where I prob came across as disappointed and he asked if he could send me some more items - I picked a teenage boy and my son is delighted with the items that have been delivered. We will use all of the items in the box. Value for money is really good.
Customer service for this company is excellent, and I think they have went above and beyond for me. They are clearly a company who want to get it right for people. I would definitely order again.

Good selection of items, however have to wait till Christmas to open mine! Happy with my son’s teenage box. Great customer service too.

Mysterybox Shop got in touch and were profoundly apologetic for the delay and lack of communication after I placed my order. I felt the company were genuine and sincere in their reaching out. The exposure from Cole & Abbie sky rocketed their orders and understandably it held up my 3 boxes. I received received a small Mystery box for my inconvenience (which I had delivered 3 days after the call, so super fast delivery) It has restored my faith in ordering again in the future.

Fast delivery, also very surprised how much I recieved in the box , well worth it lots of amazing gifts in the box , I had the mens box and I'm sure the headphones alone were worth the price , but there was soo much more in the box ! I won't give the surprises away but well worth it , there was at least 7 more items in the box ,very happy ! 😀
