Don't do it! Save yourself the hassle.. you will be waiting weeks without any update on your order you won't get a reply if you question the status of your order then if you have any issues they will be of no help you may be lucky enough to receive a response which seems like something they do to buy time and pawn you off hoping you will forget about it. Chased 2 month for a refund only when I had taken legal action did I get an acknowledgement of my many emails and even at that it was so unprofessional telling me they are just so busy emailing me like I was a mate spilling his problems to me and replying as if I was inconveniencing him by having to chase my own refund! Wild carry on! Look if you want to risk it believe the reviews and know that it is exactly that a risk and you more than likely have just said goodbye to the money for good unless your lucky and they decide to refund you judging by many reviews and comments I've seen that's rare they seem to have only gotten worse!

I loved the concept of this,
The shirt took a while to come, but it was fun, we got an Egyptian club shirt.
Unfortunately the badge peeled off and despite reaching out for a straight swap on different channels there’s been no reply.

Bad shirts, terrible communication...

Ordered a couple of shirts, and got a confirmation email, but no dispatch or tracking details. Chased up a week later, and nothing.

A week after that they finally responded and said they had no shirts in my size, I could wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund (no response), a week later no sign of the refund so I chased it up again. Then 'coincidentally' that led to my order being shipped.

A few days later, I received these two very poor quality football shirts from the Indian league (Goa and Kerala). They genuinely look awful and cheap, and no chance I'm wearing them. Awful, awful...

They took my money twice and never sent any shirts.

They took my money on the 4th July and never sent a shirt. They took my money again on the 4th August and never sent a shirt.

1 star is too much, they don't reply to emails and are still taking money out my account. Scammers
I can't even cancel as there's no way to do this on their site

Have a standing order would have been my 3rd shirt , they took payment on the 15th July, as of 28th July I still have not received my shirt, not even a tracking number attached to my order . I have have messaged multiple times via there "contact us" platform and have had zero response to date . Absolutely shocking service .

I've read a lot of the negative reviews and thought I'd leave my experience that I've just had with the new basketball vests that they now offer.

I've always been a fan of basketball vests and NRL training vests. I've put a bit of timber on over the last year or so and I'm now looking for some new better fitting vests to wear, especially in the recent warm weather we've had. That's when I saw the ad for these.

I love the idea of getting something completely random as a one off. When ordering, you get the option of making the purchase cheaper by signing up for a subscription, but I wasn't interested in that so I paid £45. This seemed a little steep but I was okay as I just thought it would be good quality and to see what arrives.

I can't remember exactly how long it took to arrive but I'd guess at a week maximum. I ordered a 2XL as that's unfortunately the size I now need. I opened it up and it was a black London Lions vest. I liked it and it felt decent quality. I was happy. Tried it on and sadly it was like a base layer it was so tight.

Disappointed but not put off, I went to the website to see what I could do. I opted for an exchange because the only issue I had then was the sizing. I didn't believe 1 size up would be enough so I opted for a (big gulp) 4XL. I'm overweight, but I'm not someone you'd ever look at and think I wore 2XL clothes, never mind 4XL. Given the size of the vest though, I figured that going up 2 sizes should be okay.

I returned the vest in the box and after a week or so the exchange arrived. I opened it up and this time it was a Feyenoord Rotterdam Basketball team. Colours like the football team. Again the quality was decent and I was happy, the issue would be the size.

I placed my 2XL Boston Celtics shirt down and then put this 4XL vest over the top. Now in theory this should completely cover the 2XL but this wasn't the case. The top underneath was about inch wider either side and the 4XL maybe an inch longer. Although I can sit wearing the top, it still isn't the best fitting top which saddens me.

The quality of the vest is like a normal sports top or training top. It's thin light material and everything designed on the vest is all made together so there's nothing stitched on or ironed on and I really like that.

I did email them to mention my issues with the sizing but heard nothing back. I only tried that one email. I have no issues with a company using shirts from places where sizing is smaller or larger than standard UK sizing, but I feel they simply have to let customers know this so that they can adjust accordingly.

I'm 5ft11 and 17st. If the 2XL would have been a little tight then I'd have had no issue getting the next size up. To go 2 sizes up and still be thinking if I ordered again I'd have to go to a 5XL (if they even go that big) I feel the issue is solely with them.

I don't agree with anyone who says that it is a scam. I also don't think my top was worth £45 but I was happy to take that gamble. I could have ticked all kinds of colours that I didn't want and leagues I didn't want when ordering so I'm happy with that side. My experience is a 3.5/5 but I have to go with 3 stars because you can't do half stars.

Saw these online a lot and thought I’d give it a go. First order was a Hummel Tenerife shirt not the best quality but I was quite happy about this as I’d been to Tenerife on holiday and I’m one to buy a local shirt when I travel and couldn’t find one. I’d subscribed for one premium shirt a month and there is an option to get your next order immediately so I clicked it and paid the £39.09 on the 28th June. My next shirt would be due 28th July.
This shirt never arrived and as of the 22nd July (today) still no sign of it. Despite numerous emails and using their chat I’ve had no reply apart from a generated email from the owner saying as shirts were delayed and going out on the 10th July.
The customer service from this outfit is seriously poor and there’s no excuse. Probably an apologetic email from a person would have made me feel a bit better, but because they can’t be contacted and they totally blank emails and chats then they deserve everything they get.
I’ve contacted my bank and set a refund in process and cancelled the subscription.
What a waste of time. Please beware.

Emailed, messaged and went through online support eventually cancelled my subscription because I haven’t received my order be very careful with this company they simply don’t communicate and ignore you but take your money and don’t deliver

Took ages to get the shirts sometimes. The subscription bonuses never came (got told they dont do them any more- well then why were they on the site!). Shirts were oftren low value or questionable authenticity (why did a Kappa shirt have no labels or tags)

If only there was a 0 star.

My second review on this place. The shirt arrived after 4 weeks. Getting a response to an email or there live chat is practically impossible and when you do after weeks of chasing you get rude replies.

Finally 1 of the staff there has some sense and helped me cancel my subscription.

Terrible - No update to my order 2 weeks ago. No response to emails and the online chat doesn't work either.

Terrible customer service! I would rate this lower if I could. A fire in their warehouse caused a delay which led to the shirt not being of any use anymore as it was a gift for a friend departing the country.

I have an email from Rory, who is seen across their social media videos, confirming he would refund me if the shirt did not arrive on time. The communication in the beginning was sufficient but once I requested a refund that changed. I have sent 5 follow up emails and not heard a thing. Not only have I not received my refund, they have tried to charge me for another shirt which I was not expecting.

Based on the other reviews I believe this company does not have enough resources to manage the volume of requests and should set better expectations for their customers.

Terrible!! No communication, you cannot reach out to anyone for updates.

Website states that you receive your items within 5 days. It has been 2 weeks and my order still shows confirmed only. I initially signed up for a subscription for myself and my son, but I have cancelled because I still have not received my order.

Terrible service, no communication, still awaiting my order that was guaranteed 48hrs delivery - 2 weeks later!!! Stay away, avoid!!!!!!!!! There are many other companies that offer the same service that are trustworthy and reliable!!!

Ordered a shirt, received confirmation email. No shirt and no response to emails.

STAY AWAY! i highly recommend not using this company the communication is awful no updates when they don’t send your order I’ve been waiting weeks on a refund the size of the shirts are all off. There are other sites that offer the same service so id give them a go over these guys

Avoid . Ordered a box on the 1st of may, received a order confirmation email and that's it. No other communication. Website states allow 3 days for a staff member to pick and 3 more days to deliver.
Emailed customer services, used the chat option on the website and had no response. Cancelled my subscription and I will contact bank to see about claiming money back. Great idea but I genuinely believe this is a scam. Will also report to trading standards.

Tried for days and days to cancel my subscription looks like they try to trap you into a subscription as I still haven’t heard anything back after emailing them over and over again also there is nowhere on the website to cancel your subscription all you can do is change the date/frequency of delivery
