Have to give 4 stars. Company had issues with engraving. Engraving was incorrect on 3 rings. Company sent new rings until engraving was correct. Would purchase from them again.

Got the wrong size and when I asked for an exchange I got no response

I ordered the 'Vanir' ring, paid £75 for the privilege not including postage and then received the 'midgard' ring, completely wrong. It has been four days since first contacting customer services and after two more emails, I've still not had any reply. I should've read the one star reviews before using this website. Please avoid at all costs. Total waste of time and these con artists don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake. Probably too lazy to redo and resend the right ring.

Right size, high quality except my gold string on my Thorin model ring had bits missing the color but too tiny to notice but still amazing.

The ring is beautiful and well made but I paid extra to have it engraved for my 5 year wedding anniversary and it arrived without the engraving. I emailed the company but did not hear back from them.

I ordered the wrong sized ring by accident and have sent two messages asking how to fix this over the past two days and no response.

The ring didn't look like the one in the picture. Instead of an insert of shiny metal around the ring, I got some dirty iron shavings and glitter. It's ugly garbage and that's where it's going.

Ring was just like the picture. I paid to have the engraving done. The ring was still delivered in less than a week.
