I am always nervous buying from a company I don't know. But everything went perfect. Lots of emails giving updates on the order was nice. Ring is exactly as advertised and quality couldn't be better.

My ring is the wrong size, I ordered a 8mm, & got a 6mm

For anyone that might have second thoughts or doubts about this company. Let me tell you I ordered 2 rings at first because of the deal they had going on and then realize how good of a deal it was and ordered 2 more so I got 4. I have not been happier with a purchase than I am with MythologyTitans. The rings are very well made they're comfortable and they look great. I have no complaints and not only that the shipping considering I'm out in Guam, they got here very quickly.

I ordered the Orion and the Gallio, the are both better in person than than on the web. The green sand inlay of the Gallio is subtle but stunning and as mysterious as the universe. The Hawaiian Opal with the abalone shell inlay of the Orion, catches your eye and doesn't let it go. I am very happy with my choices.

Ordered two rings and one is the wrong design. Currently handling with mythology team, so really can't give them much else. Quality is great for the price. Just awaiting further contact.

Excellent customer service and beautiful rings!

Communication is lacking! I received wrong size ring. I emailed my situations. 3 days later I received a response. I confirmed with the email my choice that was offered. To this day, I have yet to receive a response to that email. It's been a week. I have emailed them again. Still waiting on response. NOT good customer service.

Ordered the wrong size initially (my fault completely) and the communication and assistance getting a resize was exceptional. I got a reply to my email the next day.

It was hard to pick something out for my partner and I was overwhelmed by too many choices, but I kept on seeing an ad in my feed for a really beautiful ring. Not the one we ordered, but still.
So, we checked out the site and selected his ring. We used the size tool, but must not have used it quite right.
The ring that came was really big.
So, I contacted them and they helped me figure out how to get a better size and they didn't even blink when I suddenly asked them about an inscription.
It came yesterday, and we're so happy with the results.
I really appreciate my customer service person, Daniel, and all of their patience.
