Easy website store use/navigation. Found what I wanted and order received successfully. Unfortunately the item stopped working after a few days possible a refurbished product.

Your delivery is deceptive and misleading. You tell us 3 to 5 working days. I emailed and you responded that it is coming from Denmark, even though I ordered from a .ie website. you tell me to wait until today. still no delivery. I ordered on the 28th April, it is now the 13th May and still no product. I ordered from you instead of amazon as I didn't want to use them. but if this is how you conduct you business no wonder they are taking over independent companies.

Extremely slow shipping. Items were said to be in stock yet took more than 2 weeks to dispatch. Items are shipped from Germany and take a week+ to arrive, despite the adviced 3-5 days.

I liked the service. It was professional and fast.

The product was disappointing. My fingerprint reader will not read my finger when the protective glass is on. So this renders it usless to me.

The item arrived today but it had the wrong plug attached. It had a 2 pin plug and in Ireland we use 3 pin earthed plugs as standard. Otherwise I would have given a higher satisfaction score. A silly and unnecessary omission as the address clearly states the region/country. Since then the item which I had purchased for a family member didn't work and I wanted to return it but even though I provided images of the problem I am required to post it back at my expense to Denmark. I purchased it on the site MyTrendyPhone.ie and I thought that is who I was dealing with as the emails from them were also from .IE. I have not received a reply to my questions only to send it back. This is why I am saying buyer beware when using this site. A very unhappy customer.

You offered a component at 3-5 days delivery. Once bought you informed me of despatch which currently is now 8 days ago and still not received. On enquiring you simply sent tracking info which tells me it's from Denmark for the first time! Why can't you be honest at the sale point!!

I placed this a couple weeks back and paid (a quite high) delivery fee. To date I have not received anything, I sent an email to the cust care, and not heard anything for a few days. I have sent them another email today to ask for an update or refund, I doubly I'll hear back from them- IS THIS A SCAM SITE?

Good price and excellent product

I ordered and it took only a couple of days to get my item. Super quick service. Brilliant.

Ordered a Garmin screen protector late December. Paid for express UPS shipping. Heard nothing, had to reach out for update. Was told item out of stock. Won't be in until late January. Asked for refund. 19th January today. Still no refund. Something not adding up with this website.
