Arrival on time

I love a lot of these meals but I really hate the packaging it comes in. I wish there was an actual lid and I wish they would separate out more than just the sauce. For example, the buffalo chicken sweet potato bowl has coleslaw in it and it's already mixed in so I had to heat up the coleslaw with the chicken. I think some small changes would make them even better.

The Breakfast Bagel was inedible because the container melted in the microwave oven even though the instructions stated that microwave heating was acceptable method.

I just ate the chicken parmesan and found it to be rather bland with a somewhat mushy texture.

Meals came right when they said. Meals were delicious. We will be using them again!

The convenience is great but the flavors of the meals are not fantastic. I think I prefer to get groceries and meal-prep my own meals.

I didn’t receive one of my orders and the first thing that I ate, which was chicken and pesto ganache was super super greasy floating in oil. My chicken in my Cobb salad was old and dark meat. The one thing good was I got a refund for the meal that wasn’t delivered.

Top notch meals. Kind of food you would expect in a nice restaurant. I will be a returning customer.

Food was amazing! I was just missing 1 item and it kinds threw off my.meal plan but it tasted amazing!

A couple of the meals were really good but all of the ones with the beef we were not able to eat. The meat was very tough and hard to cut and chew

Loved all the premade meals Ive been getting and buying the bulk amounts is great for me. Overall will keep using the service and satisfied, the bulk pulled chicken was a little dry this time but just needed a lot more sauce & I may switch to the chicken breasts this week to try.

Several of the meals had spices in the sauces that I can’t tolerate. Also several of the ingredients were not liked. This was my fault. Did not take the time to read the information you provided.
