Food is good but the delivery and subsequent communication was a mess

This is my 3rd order with Vibrant Meals. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the food. I am very picky when it comes to "reheating" meals and I find all of the meals to be delish and fresh. The portions are generous. I have often shared a meal at lunch and ate a full meal by myself at dinner. Every meal leaves me feeling satisfied. I travel for work and these have been a life saver. No food prep, no shopping, no cleaning and no waste. I am recommending to all my friends.

Good food, but the order ahead function sucks now. There used to be the option of a Friday pickup for orders placed by Thursday evening at the Cherokee Rd, Chattanooga location. Then it was changed to to Thursday morning at 8:00 am, and now you can't even get Friday pickup, orders are limited to pickup on Sundays only. Makes it a much worse service than it was before and the website is terrible.

From incredible customer service to incredible flavor, I am so impressed with Vibrant Meals. I was travelling to the States from Canada & am so grateful I chose Vibrant Meals to nourish myself during my stay. The ingredients are real & simple, yet brought together for such delicious & nutritious meals. Wish they were here in Canada!

The meals are delicious and ordering process is simple. As a person on the go, delivery has made it convenient for getting my food.

I’m a fan. Not frozen is the key. Very very tasty and it’s naturally portion controlled which helps me. Calorie counting made easy as well. Most meals are 450-600. They last too. I’ve had some in fridge for over a week and they are fine and still taste fresh. With cost of groceries it’s not that much more really.

I love the vegetables and other meals. The only suggestion is to add a bit less pepper to them.

Of the three meals I got, I thought one was excellent, one was very good, and the other was unappetizing. The two I liked were chicken with mushroom sauce and Alfredo.
The one I didn't like was beef ragu. I thought it would be like spaghetti with better meat. It was actually shredded brisket with noodles and dollops of sauce. The flavor was more like pepper steak which was good. The brisket was very unappetizing. Fat strands held 5-6" portions of meat together. Adding noodles to that was really weird. There was a lot more meat than anything else, and very little sauce. It was so unattractive and messy, I had to stop eating even though the flavor was pretty good.

The food is good. (You have to try different things to figure out what you like -- some are better than others.) I appreciate how they list nutritional info for each item so you can find items that meet your needs.

It's so helpful to have meals delivered for a busy week. We have had issues with missing or substituted items a few times, but they are always very quick to address the issue when contacted.
