It constantly goes off line
It constantly goes off line. If you run it off the battery only you constantly get power outage alerts so I had to shut that off. It's pretty accurate with monitoring the temp so that's great

We had trouble keeping it connected
We had trouble keeping it connected, even at our home. At one camp ground it wouldn’t connect, but at another it did great. When it works it’s a super product and I love it!

Customer service awful
The worst service I think I’ve ever had online. I canceled the order well within their tiny 1 hour cancellation window but they sent the item anyway. I refused the item several weeks ago but they refuse to refund my money unless I withdraw my PayPal dispute. No! Refund me and the dispute will be closed!
