I haven't had a lot of experience in actually using the device but the customer service was amazing. Jack Arnel, Sr. Executive - Customer Delight, was responsive, helpful and kept me informed of what I needed to do. He was able to provide me links to products that I needed that I couldn't find. My hope is that the device works as well as the customer service.

I had no idea that there was a subscription you had to buy to make the waggle work. And now it’s telling me I am past the 21 day mark to send it back. What a waste of money when there are products on Amazon do not require a membership subscription!

The system does not work as a whole. You cannot view notifications, and you can't delete them. I asked for a refund on my camera subscription because it does not work, and they refused. They claim it will be addressed in some "future" update but do not give any details. Not happy.

we bought one - charged it up - set up the service - waited 24 hours and it will not connect to Verizon - they had me drive it 3 miles away and reset again - but still would not connect - they said I need to wait 8 more hours for it to work - i asked for a refund - they will not refund the $29 monthly fee - that I have tried to use for 2 days - and they will charge $10 to restock the broken device and $7 to send me a return label - it is a rip off - don't buy this!

They keep telling me to do the same things and they are not working

This monitor is great. It has warned me every time there was power failure( I unplugged it), when the power was restored( I plugged it back in), every time the temperature was above warning setting, every time humidity was above warning setting. Does exactly what I need it to do. Thanks Waggle.

It is a wonderful idea and I am still hopeful it will work in other settings, however, i purchased it as we were taking a 1 month camping excursion in rural West, GA. Since getting it set up, it has had unreliable signal, so I have not been able to leave my dog in the camper as planned. Again, will try it when I get back near a city, but I really thought it would work in more remote areas. I don’t have great cell signal, but I have enough to send texts, make a call and with my cellular booster have a hot spot that runs everything. It seems like the Waggle should keep a signal if my phone can at least keep 1 - 2 bars? But thus far, it goes off line a lot. Also the battery does not last long, so it only stays charged for a day or so. Since is says for RV’s most people use RV’s in remote places.. so I am a bit surprised it does not work here.

The temperature and humidity alert monitor works great! I was able to monitor my pets when I had to leave my RV. You have to keep the monitor plugged in our you'll get notifications that there's no power, when there is, it's just not going to the monitor. I also purchased the video camera. For the video camera to work, you must have a strong wifi connection, which isn't always the case with RV parks. I use the camera in my kennel for keeping an eye on my dogs as well as security. I absolutely love this whole set up and I recommend this!!

Returned 2 of them, couldn't get them to connect properly

When I leave my dogs in the trailer it gives me peace of mind that I have assurance that they will be okay because I can tell what's happening in the trailer.

After responding to an issue I had posted about, the team at Waggle called me right away and they helped me and now everything is great! I now love this product! It works exactly as advertised!

Service was good when I had a question about how to turn off their product.
They were quick to respond, unfortunately it's to tell me that they designed a product with no ability to be powered off...

Product is great. Verizon service so far has been terrible at campsite. Didn’t have service first trip out.

Waggle temp monitor is okay. Battery life is short and app does not work at times. It is nice to check temp when it works.

It is a good product. I just wish the cell phone systems overlapped more. Found a fair number of no carrier spots on our last trip.

It seems to keep malfunctioning randomly with no changes in location/temp/cell reception/etc. No reason for it to keep stopping---not sure I can trust it. Not convinced yet that I will keep it if it can't work normally in my house before going on a trip when I NEED it for real.
