The customer service is really bad

I’ve been testing your vacuum former for a while now, and honestly, I’m impressed. It’s super easy to use, and the results are way better than I expected for such a compact machine.
Setup was quick, the suction power is solid, and the level of detail it captures is really impressive. I’ve used it for a couple of small projects already, and it handled them without a problem.

Got the FORMART S. Great addition for my studio! Also very fast delivery and the package arrived well packaged.

When it comes to innovative shapes, the Formart SE helped me perfectly with. I can create fun new designs without having to buy new molds each time a new idea pops up in my head. I can just realise my idea then and there. Really love the flexibility it gives me and the user friendliness of the machine.
