I purchased 3 items on November 19th…
I purchased 3 items on November 19th and all were in stock at the time. I noticed nearly 2 weeks later it hadn’t shipped so I reached out because I’m moving. One item is no longer in stock, so they have to wait a month to ship all items. In the meantime, I am moving and won’t be able to get my $400 worth of items when it arrives. Customer service has so far been worthless. Christmas presents will be missed. All I asked them was to cancel the now out of stock item and send what was possible now to ensure I get what I need, but somehow my order is being processed so that’s not possible. So NAADAM can’t send it, yet is ok if I never receive it and still have to pay for it. My husband and I have bought tons from them, but they’ll now lose a customer.

I would give this company zero stars…
I would give this company zero stars for customer service items that are listed as in stock on their website have huge shipping delays because they claim the item is not available after it’s purchased. You cannot call customer service at all. All communication is due through AI chat. they don’t give you any updates on shipping or delays and shipping. You have to do all the legwork to just receive a pre-written response. Beware do not order from this company unless you never want to receive your item but they will deduct your money from your account as soon as you hit that button. Buy from somebody who has better customer service. I wish I could review the actual item but I never received it.

First Experience with Naadam: Great Quality, but Shipping and Return Policy needs to be reviewed
This was my first time ordering from Naadam, and while it took nearly two weeks to receive my items, I was very impressed with the quality of the sweaters. I had to return one and exchange another for a different size, and Barbie from customer service was incredibly helpful, even making an exception to their return policy, which I truly appreciated.
The overall experience was positive, and now that I know my size (similar to Quince), I’d definitely order from Naadam again. However, I do have some concerns about their return policy—specifically the restocking fee, shipping costs (to and from without min order) and delivery times which could be a bit of a deterrent for future orders.
Overall, I’d recommend Naadam for the quality, but be mindful of the return terms and shipping costs which competitors don’t have.

A true test of customer service
Besides that the product is superb, my customer care experience was exceptional! I first ordered the wrong size, reached out to cancel before the product shipped and successfully worked with NAADAM to cancel before shipment. It was a smooth process and most satisfying. I was able to order the correct size with a timely arrival. And I love the product!

My third experience over 5 years and my last one: ordered various products in September. Was promised delivery in October. Now, in November, not only were my products not shipped as promised but: 1. One product just got cancelled no explanation. 2. The product that was promised as compensation got taken off the order too. Worst customer experience. Never again

Great quality and service
Great quality and service! I love my Naadam sweater purchase and am please with the quality. Fit, color and construction is exceeding my expectations.
I needed service for another item and Rodrigo took care of it with such speed and pleasant interaction that I was blown away. The quick repose and follow up was so great, I wish all online orders would be this quick to resolve.

Customer support went above and beyond
Customer support went above and beyond. I had some questions on fit and rather than just copy paste form the website they took time to give me more detailed response. I LOVE the sweater and dress I ended up ordering 🥰 and will be wearing them a ton.

Disintegrating sweaters by Nadaam
I wore the sweater about a half dozen times then noticed several small holes. I contacted customer service but they didn’t help. All I wanted was a replacement. The sweater was comfortable. But I never even had it dry cleaned and it started to disintegrate.
Product quality and customer care are exceptional!
The quality of their product is next level! Best cashmere sweater I have ever owned (and I own many). Additionally, their customer care is a 10 out of 10. Evelyn is exceptional.

The sweater I purchased for my husband's birthday
The sweater I purchased for my husband was wonderful however it ran small. My husband's always an XL. Naadam was great about exchanging it for an XXL. The XXL arrived today and my husband loved it. I'll be ordering more.

Excellent products, very responsive service
I purchased a sweater from this organization and the “Shopify” payment app moved too quickly to closing the deal before I could change the shipping address, resulting in the product being delivered to my Summer address. When I contacted management about this, they were extremely accommodating and offered me a code for a substantial discount for a future purchase. This company has excellent products. I wish they would abandon Shopify for their payment functionality, but found their response to the difficulties. This app created to be very satisfactory.
