Oh, no! Wrong size
I received a sweater in the wrong size, but I had deleted my confirmation email. I immediately contacted Naadam by email and received a prompt reply from Barbie, Customer Care Agent. She retrieved my order number and gave me instructions on how to proceed with returning the sweater for exchange. It was so easy!

Return process is unnecessarily…
Return process is unnecessarily combative and complicated. Sitting on products I don’t quite like and not able to exchange the brand new items for another Naadam product in their system, even know the products are eligible for exchange. Disappointing. Won’t buy from them again.

I purchased a sweater in the size I usually wear but it was too big and Naadam was out of the size I needed. The ease of making the return was terrific. When I spend money on something, I appreciate a vendor who cares about customer satisfaction. I hope the sweater becomes available in my size, I am on a notification list if and when it does. Poort Quality - Horrible Customer Service
This was my first and last experience buying cashmere from Nadaam. The quality of the items is very poor. The fabric is rough, and nearly transparent. The customer service is less than helpful - and the return functions on the website do not work without multiple attempts. Never again.

All Winter Long
My friend gifted me a few Naadam sweaters last spring, and now that it’s finally getting chilly, I’ve been wrapping myself in them every chance I get. The quality is AMAZING and just straight luxurious! I own a handful of cashmere pieces from different brands and price ranges, and these are hands down the ones I know I’ll keep reaching for all winter long. Love that they offer different ranges and hit all price points too.

I cannot say enough good things about Naadam! First off, their styles and quality are both classic, contemporary and effortlessly chic. What really sets them apart also is their incredible customer service. I ordered two sweaters for my trip to Ireland and I was worried they wouldn’t arrive but Naadams customer care team monitored my shipment and got it to me in time! I’m a forever Naadam fan!

Naadam has a very poor and expensive…
Naadam has a very poor and expensive shipping and return policy. The sweater I purchased was very short in the sleeves. It cost 9.50 to originally ship it, and $12.75 to ship it back. The poor sizing and poor service make this a risky online shopping experience.

first time order with Naadam I…
On my first time order with Naadam I made a mistake in sizing on one of three items. My item was clearly marked Final Sale, but I contacted Naadam anyway in hopes I could trade for another size. To keep my business, Naadam graciously allowed a one time only exchange for the correct size. Response time and attention to my concern are appreciated and will keep me as a repeat customer.

Kept working to make it work
Went out of their way to rectify a faulty product. I purchased two pairs of pants that were on sale... final order. When they arrived there was a problem with the sewing on the waist. I contacted Naadam and they worked with me to find a perfect solution to the issue. Quick response and loved their flexibility to make it work.

Sizing varies between items
After buying a classic sweater (mens), which I liked, I ordered three other items in the same size. Although I ordered the same size as the sweater, those three items were much, much larger. (I ordered the same size for all items.) Unfortunately the three additional items were "on sale" so I couldn't return them So be careful with the sizing from Naadam. They vary widely by product, in my experience. Otherwise, I like the product.

My first contact admitted they were not the correct level to address my issue and immediately moved me to someone who could. The second contact reached out to me immediately and followed up in a timely manner. Both contacts were professional and kind

The sweaters did not look like they did on the website. After I wrote an email complaining and requesting a waiver of the return feethey still sent me back a generic response just telling me that I have to pay $12 for a restock fee. Lousy customer service. I would never order from them again!!!

I am blown away by Nadaam not just for their incredible clothing but for the way they treated me, one of their customers. I had a very small product issue and expected the usual back and forth you get with most companies. INSTEAD… their team jumped in immediately, solved the problem on the spot, and made the entire process effortless. Meredith was outstanding.
The quality of their clothing is by far the best, BY FAR. It is soft, durable, and made to last. Somehow they offer it at a price that feels like a steal for what you are getting compared to the other luxury brands… but… real difference is the people. Every interaction I have had with Nadaam has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring… genuinely! They did not just check a box to fix my issue. They continuously went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it is rare to find that level of service anymore. I am super grateful and now trust them more than ever to keep providing the best products and bring them to us!

Scam, Fraud Company.
I returned items from an order. It's been over 1 month and still haven't received a credit. I ended up having to file a credit card dispute. It's obvious that their warehouse lost the return or didn't scan it in because the tracking shows it was delivered to them on July 5th. It is no August 7th and still no refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that I will have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back when I followed their returns process exactly and used THEIR return label that they issued to me.

I've been buying from Nadaam for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Love their product, everything fits perfectly and true to size (XXL). There was one shirt recently I wanted to return but, was not able, I sent an email to support and they got back to me in a few hours explaining, very nicely and professionally, that it was a final sale item and not eligible for a return. I didn't notice that at first on my receipt so looked again, and yep, it was stated right next to the picture of the item. It was a great deal on the t-shirt so I didn't mind and appreciated them getting back to me so quickly. Customer service is on top of things.

Free Shipping Is Not A Real Thing
I did not like the fact that free shipping was clearly and repeatedly offered if my purchase was $175 or more. However when I moved from the cart to final check out an additional fee of nearly $5 was added for safe shipping. There was no way to eliminate this fee. From my perspective this is false advertising and when I have that experience it angers me. I did contact customer service and was put in touch with a human who removed that charge and was very pleasant and helpful to work with. I filled out a survey regarding his service and gave him 5 stars.

The good and bad
I liked the price (I got at 50% sale), and warmth. This was for their highest-end cashmere hoodie. However the seams under the arm started opening up after 3 months of use -- and my use was only while sitting at my desk working at home. So this was disappointing. I would have been even more and REALLY upset if I had paid full price.
