They invite customers to nominate the day that the carpet is shipped and were extremely helpful on the phone, to answer all my queries as to the specifics of when I'd be in to accept the delivery. It was a big purchase for me, so quite some high anxiety but that anxiety was alleviated and I am really happy.

Because of a delivery problem I needed to contact Nain Trading by phone. A UK phone number was available but the choice responses to get through to the correct department were all in German so initially difficult for me. However I eventually spoke to someone in english who was extremely helpful. When I requested reimbursement for my lost carpet my bank account was credited immediately. I went on to buy another carpet from Nain Trading which I'm very pleased with.

The website descriptions anf pictures of the rugs are very accurate. They are of excellent quality and arrive very well packaged. I think this is the 5th that I've bought .... and the prices are very competitive.

Brilliant service and lovely rug. Very helpful staff. The first rug, although beautiful, didn’t quite work in our living room. They arranged a free return with no hassle and helped us pick another rug which was perfect. They did also offer a full refund. Both rugs were gorgeous, delivered in good time and the whole process was very positive. I’d use them again.
