The carpet is great
The carpet is great. Just as expected. The purchasing process and the information about the progress of the sale was clear and efficient. Would be 5 stars were it not for the use of UPS as the UK courier - they are terrible. The delivery date was changed by them twice, both times for new dates that were not convenient. In the end, after more than a week's delay, they simply left the carpet, unsigned for, by our door.

There was a problem with one of my deliveries. I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was able to resolve the problem calmly and politely.

The rug is incredibly beautiful ! 👍Color was extremely close to photos and quality is very high . After running my hand over the carpet I could feel the lanolin in the wool which was very soft to the touch .

Nain helpful but UPS poor
Good interaction with Nain, all the way through to delivery.
Nain's choice to use a Business to Business UPS service for delivery doesn't work well because UPS then expect the customer to be in, and won't leave the item with a neighbour.
The carpet is good but not quite the colour I was expecting.

Amazing service and fabulous carpets
Aside from the fact that they have an amazing array of fabulous carpets, the ability to try them out at home for a good period of time, and great prices, the real standout for this company is the quality of service they offer; they always respond quickly to mails and could not be more helpful. I've now bought 3 carpets from them and will be back
