The website was informative & Nain Trading were responsive to any questions. Delivery was delayed by 5+ days, but that was DHL. Have to say was not overly confident buying a rug online, however very pleased with the rug we chose - exactly like the picture and description. Would recommend as a great source & choice of Persian rugs.

I’ve bought five rugs from Nain and kept four and returned one due to the colour not being what I expected. The returns process was straight forward. All arrived well package and within a week of ordering. I’m very happy with the odour rugs, they are great quality. The fourth one just arrived this week and it’s stunning! Even better than I expected and so happy I bought it. It’s a Berber Blanc. The website is good to search for sizes / shapes etc. more round and square rug options would be good as they are hard to find. I bought the round Berber rug for a bedroom, a square gabbeh for under a round table which looks great and a small rectangular kilim rug for a bedroom and the kilim has great colours, it’s a really pretty little rug. The other rug is a small rectangular rug for a doorway and it’s worked out well. Hard wearing and easy to clean.
