Najaf Rugs Opiniones

Very good quality, friendly service.

Purchasing was easy! Rug arrived within 2 weeks and matched the photos and description exactly.
Very happy with how it looks and the quality is exactly what I was expecting for the price. Top Notch!

I bought quite a few items from Najaf Rugs and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I am not an expert but the merchandise appears to be of excellent quality and very fairly priced. The service was just terrific. The Najaf team is so warm, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The rugs and other items have so much charm and personality. Likewise the staff. I do hope you go and see for yourself. Enjoy!!!

Maria was fantastic. She took time. Time to understand my needs and budget. I never felt pressured. She wanted me to have the rug that suited me. It was only a small purchase but that wasn't a problem. They would be top of my next purchase list. The rug was as described well priced and arrived promptly.

Fantastic and efficient service from Najaf Rugs - Maria was very helpful in sending me additional photographs of the rug I was interested in. I now have a very special hand embroidered woolen kilim to light up my flat. I had to move two other Najaf rugs to a new space to fit in the new kilim so it's like I have three new rugs instead of just one! So good!

I was nervous about buying a rug online but the Najaf company has been professional and reassuring from the start. My daughter wanted her new bedroom to be like Mr Tumnus’ cosy space in Narnia! The rug is perfect, arrived in Perth promptly and is very good quality. I must remember the name!

Over the last few years we have bought several rugs from Najaf. Most in person at their magnificent shop. The last online. Their website is great and provides several perspective photos for every rug for sale. Najaf's rugs are authentic, exquisite and provide a rare opportunity to own and enjoy masterfully created rugs. The last purchase was despatched within 2 days of placing the online order! Highly recommend

For us, we have the rug we wanted within 3 business days of ordering. The packaging was perfect. The actual delivery was questionable. We heard the doorbell however, the delivery person had pulled away in his vehicle in the short time it took us to get to the door. In our view, we would have preferred to have the package 'handed to us' personally and not left at the front door.

The rug was available the same day we ordered it online and all went so smoothly when we picked it up. But the really wonderful aspect was that Mr Mazari's daughter Maria agreed to a special request we made on behalf of our young Afghan refugee friends who have very recently managed to find safety in Spain. We asked if her father might be willing to sign his two books so we could send them to our friends. He did this and Maria then posted the books to us. That is way more than "customer service". It is an act of kindness and compassion on a wholly different level.

Beautiful rug and excellent customer service! Recently, I purchased a new rug from Najaf Rugs and I am absolutely delighted with it. The rug is made of high-quality materials and is beautifully crafted. It is also very soft and comfortable underfoot. I have already received several compliments on my new rug and I would highly recommend Najaf Rugs to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautiful rug.

I bought four rugs from Najaf. They are all great quality, making my place look neat, tidy, and sophisticated. The whole experience dealing with them is outstanding, with excellent customer service, great communication (including ordering online), and the warmth of the family business. These make the whole experience unique and authentic.

We bought our rugs from the Najaf Rugs website and the photography and representations were perfect. The rugs are beautiful and of high quality. We couldn't be happier with our choices and the overall experience from Najaf. We would purchase from them again any day.

Love my rug and sent quickly and efficiently ! Many thanks
Joanna

Personal note with rug on arrival which is a nice touch. Very happy with my purchase.

Responsive service, beautiful rug delivered within a couple of days of buying on line.

As I lived in Queensland, Maria was kind enough to use Face time to show the rug I was interested in.
Upon purchase, Saturday afternoon we had our rug Wednesday morning. Very prompt delivery and came wrapped lovely with a beautiful card.
I love our handmade vintage hall runner. Exactly as it appeared on the website too.

I loved the Oushak rug i got from Najaf. Beautiful and great value for money. It will be a great piece in my lounge for many years to come. Thank you Maria for the good service.
