I normally have good things to say about this company I love their clothes but I received a dress with a defected zipper and trying to return but no human response or resolve..just the same automated message.. now im having to try go get my money back by affirm and thays been a headache.. good quality bad service..

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Naked Wardrobe. According to their return policy, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

I returned items from two separate orders within 2 days of delivery, and they were received by their team on day 5—a total of 7 days from delivery. The items were unworn, with tags still attached, and fully met all of their return requirements. Order place 3/26, received 3/31, return received on 4/6.

Despite this, I was issued only partial refunds, with $48.23 deducted from each order—for a total of $96.46 withheld. There was no clear explanation provided, and their return policy does not disclose any restocking fee that would justify such a large deduction.

This lack of transparency is frustrating and misleading. Customers should not be charged undisclosed fees after following the return policy correctly.

I will not be ordering from this company again and would caution others to be aware of potential unexplained deductions when making a purchase.

I received an ides product that was used.

I received my pants and jacket that was dipped in perfume. I am severely allergic and can’t wear it for my event as I can’t get the smell out. $300 wasted and nobody ever responded to any of my emails. It’s just impossible to reach them.

They are definitely a scam. I also cannot reach anyone via phone. They post a non working number because no one answers. They email me back 4 weeks each time and not refunding my money when the items were sent back immediately. They are delaying and I am not sure why as they received the merchandise. I will be reporting this everywhere. Do not buy!!

I’ve had two disappointing experiences…

I’ve had two disappointing experiences trying to return items for a refund due to sizing issues with Naked Wardrobe. In both cases, my return requests were ignored. I received no response to emails and was unable to reach anyone by phone. I ultimately had to escalate both situations before getting any assistance, and responses didn’t come until nearly a month later.

I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions before ordering. While the owners frequently showcase a luxurious lifestyle on social media, customer service concerns appear to go unaddressed. As a businesswoman with a background in Human Resources, I believe strongly in integrity and treating customers fairly. Moving forward, I will choose to shop with more established retailers.

Customer Service Never Responded

Item was cheaply made - and when I tried to contact customer service for return. No response. Not at all. 3 emails and 2 weeks and nothing

What a shame. And now I’m stuck with a product I don’t like and I’ve lost money

At least I know to never order again.

So sad.

Horrible customer service & bad quality…

Horrible customer service & bad quality of clothing. I’m still waiting on my refund it’s been more than 3 weeks and still nothing. Spent so much and their clothing quality is terrible. So upset that I ordered with them.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & SIZE CHART THAT DOES NOT MATCH MERCHANDISE

I ordered a coat on February 6,2026 and i received it February 12, 2026. I tried the coat on and it did not fit (I ordered the size based of the size chart). This item is available to be returned so I attempted to do the return. The website portal gave me a message "does not comply with return policy". I tried calling 818-717-8782 and the number just ring or i get a busy signal. I sent a email on February 14, 2026 to info. I really wanted the coat for my travel in March and I wanted to return and purchase a bigger size. I keep calling and decided to email returns. I am realizing that this company has bad customer service and a size chart that didn't match the coat size purchase which makes me SAD/ANGRY

Subpar Quality and overpriced

The quality of their items is really subpar. Especially if you’re buying the stretchy material items. And their items are so expensive for the quality. Twice within a month my orders were cancelled due to being out of stock. Do they not know how to manage quantity of inventory? Really frustrating. I will think twice before ordering again.

first time I ordered from there site

first timeI ordered from there site. I should have ordered via Norsdstrom. Item is too big. I am trying to return and their online portal says it is not elligible. NO WHERE when I checked out did it said final sale. If you read the fine print it says on their sites if you buy on a discount cant return. I spend thousands on clothing and I will NEVER buy from this company again. I emailed customer service- I would take a CREDIT to not have an item that does not fit. Automated email say they will get back to you in 5 days. It hasd been 5 days..

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Cheap cheap cheap. They are literally selling $2 disposable clothes and marking them up. They should be ashamed of themselves. I just received the leopard dress it’s paper thin, strings coming off at the bottom and I paid $89 for it.

I’m going to go against the grain here…

I’m going to go against the grain here because this is my first time ordering with Naked Wardrobe and I’ve had an excellent experience. I ordered a coat from here to look super stylish on my ski trip and while I was doing more research on the shipping to see if it was going to get here on time (I’m a very last minute planner sadly), I came across these reviews stating that their customer service and shipping times were not up to par. A bit worried, because I wanted to know if I needed a Plan B for this coat, I reached out to Naked Wardrobe on IG asking if they thought that my order would get here on time. They got back to me almost immediately and processed my order shortly after. My parcel is now with FedEx and expected to arrive to me 3 days before my trip. I have to say I was not expecting that kind of speed.

All that said, I noticed most reviews are around the holidays, which to no surprise, is one of the busiest times of year for any boutique store. I’d chalk it up that they are in fact not scammers but potentially going through a shortage of staff with such high volume. I feel for those who had the negative experiences but I would not let that stray you from purchasing from this brand. Thank you to the lovely person who took care of my concerns. So excited to wear my coat on my trip 😊

PS. They do have insanely good marketing.

The worst

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Is a total scam and they are screwing everyone. You will never be able to return anything and their stuff is terrible. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this merchant

Do not order from this merchant. I placed an order for a jumpsuit on 1/4/26. I recieved a text on 1/10/26 that a fedex lable was created by the merchant and to expect delivery 1/14/26. 2 mins later I recieved another text stating the order was cancelled by the merchant. When I called the Customer Service number it just rang with no answer, no message nothing. When I emailed them it stated it could take up to 5 days for a response. I just contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

Do not shop at the online store . They have apparently stopped shipping. They dont respond to emails and the phone number is a joke. I guess they are too busy on TT making videos of themselves to care .

Their customer service is trash

Their customer service is trash. They have phone number that's always busy or if it starts to ring that's all you'll be getting no response. And the jumpsuit was awesome the material was great. I just want to exchange the jumpsuit for a smaller size because it has a lot of stretch to it. Honestly I would never shop from them direct. I prefer to go to Nordstrom instead
