Horrible return process
Horrible return process. They will reject your return for any reason. It was a strand of hair and they rejected it. I never wore it outside of trying it on and it didn’t fit. Wouldn’t recommend buying directly from them and purchase from Nordstrom instead so I can return in person if needed
Zero customer service
Although I do love this brand and love how they showcase their style, I am hugely disappointed in the customer service; specifically returns. I have placed 3 orders 1 of which all 3 items I loved. But the other I did not. However, when I tried to return it.
their system did not recognize the order number. So I sent an email and then another email but both went without a response. I've tried calling, but the number will not go through. It did go through the first time and I left a detailed voicemail without a return call. The last order I placed (3rd) never came but then today I noticed a refund from naked wardrobe. However, I don't know if this was for the order I was trying to return or if it was a refund because the last order never came. It is extremely frustrating not to have someone to talk to or communicate with.

Shipping... your doing it wrong
I found NW on a fluke. I was given a Nordstrom gift card. My normal shopping is Revolve, Saks, FWRD, Net a Porter. The top I got I liked, so I went to their website. Nordrom is so random, and carries low level products, out dated, or too many made products, they are more like a outlet store to me.
I'm not a average shopper, but when starting as a furst time buyer with a business I spend a large amount. I want customer service to know I mean business. I'm not a flaky buy 1 item and return it person. Spending 1k also sends the business into over drive thinking your a social media goof looking to do a clothing haul. Anyways, LARGE PURCHASES EQUAL GUARANTEED DELIVERIES.
I never received a shipping confirmation but received my package within 5 days, which required a signature. I'm not impressed with the quality. The fabric falls short in quality. Loose threads here and there. Am I going to return my items? No. Do I think I got my money's worth? No. I'll just pass the order to my niece and move along.

Bodysuit arrived in a deplorable condition. Visibly soiled, worn and stained in the crotch area. The size medium pants fit like an XXL! They don't accept returns on bodysuits yet mine is visibly worn.

BEFORE PLACING THE SECOND ORDER I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO TRY AND CANCEL, THIS WAS LAST WEEK THURSDAY (7/27/23) STILL NO RESPONSE!! AGAIN ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND STILL NO TRACKING INFO!! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE THAT CANT HELP ANYONE WITH ANYTHING! Leggings so badly made
I ordered leggings which looked wonderful according to the description, tight close fitting. What I received was anything but tight, made out of thick material and so loose around the waist that nothing could hold them up. The policy of not refunding delivery and return costs is unacceptable when such disgustingly untrue marketing methods are used, such as pretending that there was a rear zip. If I do not get all my costs refunded, I will take legal action against these conmen.
Quality looks nice but cheap when worn
Complaint: I have purchased a few items from Naked Wardrobe & it’s the same issue each time.
Medium in The Nw All Body Jumpsuit was a great fit when I first tried it on. A little loose bit hugs the curves perfectly.
However, when I wore the outfit out, the seams began to split at the butt lining. I had the outfit on for a total of four hours and the seam completely burst open. Talk about embarrassing…. I even did the bend test to be safe and it’s like. The material was just poorly made at all the seams.
The price + low quality of these items is why I was so pissed. They feel like good quality and they are pricy for a bodysuit.
Solution: The “bend” areas should be more elastic or something.
I couldn’t get a size bigger because then the outside would be loose and crazy looking. Now, I need to learn how to sew because I paid too much money to let the outfit go to waste.
Service: The return policy sucks. The owner for the company should take notes from the reviews and redo the designs of these outfits otherwise, the prices need to come down if the material is going to be cheap.

I love the brand I never order directly from the site but was happy they offer express shipping. I ordered early Tuesday morning and was excited that I would receive my package before my Christmas ball only to find out I WONT! I paid an extra 45 dollars to receive my package on time and now I feel like I was highway ROD!To say I'm pissed wouldn't even be a true statement I feel so rob and disappointed.

I have so many issues with Naked Wardrobe. So many! Customer service is trash. They don't respond to inquiries and they steal your money. My first purchase of Naked Wardrobe was from Nordstrom. The quality is the clothing is amazing! However, Nordstrom does not have as many options as the actual Naked Wardrobe company. I ordered from the original company twice; and twice I had to send an inquiry about being charged and not receiving products and/or about them sending the wrong item. No one has responded to me and it has been a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE MONEY STEALERS!

I never write reviews but there it is. If you are in Canada, stay away from this company. I placed an order $$$ a month ago and never received my package. I messaged naked wardrobe and didn’t get a response. I order from SKIMS too and I get my package within a few days. When you do the math, with customs and shipping charges paid to naked wardrobe you are better off shopping from SKIMS which may seem more expensive but in fact it’s not. Plus you’d avoid the hassle. Naked wardrobe used to be my no.1 place to shop from a while ago and spent several thousands with them but I’m done now. Customer service is useless and the quality of the clothes is now worse than what it used to be.

Not the same since the rebrand attempt
Since the website update I haven’t been able to log into my account. I tried all options suggested by naked wardrobe…resetting password etc., but I don’t receive the link to do so. I’m hearing about a lot of complaints from previous consumers since the website update. The shipping has increased by $1, and they also offer an express (2-3 days) for $45. Keep in mind before the update $11 was 2-3 day shipping. I’m not sure we’re they’re trying to go with the brand, but as the old saying goes “if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it”.

I would give zero stars if I could. I recently placed an order that costed me $80 plus shipping. For some reason I haven't received a confirmation of the order in my email. I go check my bank account and my credit card has been charged TWICE. I immediately go to my account and see that there's no placed orders under my name. I try calling their phone number and OF COURSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND KEEP GIVING YOU OPTIONS TO REACH OUT TO THEM VIA EMAIL. After I sent an email explaining and sending proof of the charge on my bank account, I receive NO ANSWER. Obviously I didn't even have an order number cause I never had a confirmation email. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $12 dollars for standard shipping which is ABSURD. After several times I tried contacting them they blocked my phone number and now I'm not even able to call and do not know what to do. They charged me $80 for a simple black dress and $12 in shipping and I got NOTHING, NO HELP.
This website is definitely overrated and their quality is below average.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. I will definitely file a dispute with my bank.
