I have issues with anger. Throughout the years, I have tried many approaches and put in lots of effort into addressing my anger. It wasn’t until this class that the key to managing my anger was revealed to me in the content. All the effort I’ve been putting in fell into place when I learned from this class. The concepts are organized in such a way that the information builds on itself and is simple to take in and apply. I payed for the 8 hour course but now I hope to purchase the 16 hour course to enjoy the rest of the material. Thank you NALI!

Every parent can benefit from this course!
I took this course as a requirement for nursing school and was very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it immensely! I am a parent of twins, and I had them look at some of the topics with me. The course held my children's interest for quite a long time as well because they wanted to see what kind of care was recommended for them, and it was extremely valuable to see and compare different styles of behavior corrections and show them that consequences are for learning, not punishment. It ended up being a great jumping-off point for discussions on what quality family time actually looks like, how organizing our home can reduce stress for the whole family, and how to handle big feelings together. I felt that it was important to let my kids see that everyone is constantly learning how to be a person, including parents. Each topic is easy to understand, and none of them felt judgmental or critical of the issues that families face. I would highly recommend this course to each and every parent and caregiver! As a nurse, I will be caring for many different families, and I will definitely be referring back to this course for information on how to counsel my patients and to help guide them in their own parenting journey!

This company is fantastic. I made an error picked the wrong course. They refunded my money instantly and they got back to me instantly on the text chat within three minutes my money was refunded back to me and it’s an error that I made, and of course itself was very good. You can move at your own pace and I did learn a lot. Thank you. This is a highly recommended company to use for all your parenting classes that you may need to take go with them.

So I wasn’t sure about 4 hours into…
So I wasn’t sure about 4 hours into taking this class that I was in the right spot and started freaking out so i texted the number and they responded right away and relieved all my stress telling me that I was and I really appreciated that cause I was in stress mode at that point! And they were extremely nice and I had a few extra questions that they answered too. The customer service is top notch here!!

Problem solved in 5 minutes (by a human!)
I reached out to NALI with a simple question: their site mentions a “take now, pay later” option for courses, but I couldn’t find where to actually do that online. I sent an email expecting, at best, a response in a day or two.
Paul replied in under five minutes.
Not only that—he didn’t just explain where to click or send a generic FAQ. He simply wrote back and said my courses were now open and I could take them and pay later. Done. No back-and-forth. No friction. No hoops.
I was genuinely surprised on three levels:
1. A real person named Paul exists.
2. He responded almost immediately.
3. He solved the problem completely in one step.
In a world of bots, delays, and “we’ve escalated your ticket,” this felt refreshingly human and respectful of my time. It told me a lot about how NALI operates and the values behind the organization.
Five stars, easily—not just for the courses, but for the way they treat people.

The babysitting course even includes a wallet certificate which is nice. An admirable job of copy-and-paste
I took the HIPAA training. If your goal is to get a certificate, this fills the bill: they send you a beautiful one, in full color, with gold trim. If your goal is to learn something, not so much. Most webinars I’ve taken from other companies break the material down, explain it, interpret, highlight important issues, and give relevant examples; in other words, they teach. NALI, in contrast, just provides huge, indigestible pages of text, mostly reproducing verbatim the text of the law. I could have googled the law and learned as much (and as little), I’ve never seen anything like this. A disappointment.

I took the 4-hour Anger Management class with North American Learning and found it extremely helpful. The class included practical information, quick exercises, and worksheets that made it easy to apply the concepts. I believe this course will be a huge help for me moving forward.
