I have bought all of my cars from Nathaniel’s for the last 28 years, Craig has always looked after us and this latest purchase was no different, by far the best experience you can have buying a car.

Really great car.

Christian understood what I wanted and more important what I didn't want ie to keep the cost down. Although he suggested all the extras he didn't assume I would want them. We bonded over camping experience and lifts to and from the bus station were welcome.

From start to end the process of buying my new MG was smooth and exciting !

The staff at the MG showroom in Cardiff are absolutely brilliant, very kind, courteous & polite, nothing is to much trouble for them. I test drove the HS, MG3 & ZS+ hybrid which is now my car. Elliot helped with everything, such a lovely guy & made the transaction go so smoothly. Thank you Elliot for everything you've done for me. All the staff there have brilliant customer service.

I had a service booked in at the Cardiff Nathaniel Cars. Greg Kotzamanis couldn’t have done more to help me if he tried! He was so proactive in getting my car dealt with earlier than planned. Kept in touch with me so I could plan my day around collection. Treated me like a queen in store and gave me assurances for future bookings. I heard him giving equally good service to others. His service was so five star I drove away thinking I’m never going to buy cars from anywhere else. When I bought the car Nathan was also brilliant. Can’t recommend this garage more if I tried

I enjoyed the whole experience. Shaun had plenty of patience with the many questions I asked him. I didn't feel pressured to buy and handover day was great with all the functions of the car explained and the phone synced and app binded to car etc hence the 5 stars

Cody was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing experience (even when there was a problem with the paperwork the day we were picking the car up, he dealt with it very efficiently). We were kept up to date with the delivery date throughout which was actually quicker than first indicated which suited us just fine. Only negative was the handover which was very quick considering the complexity of the car. Overall, I would highly recommend Nathaniel Car Sales.
