Poor services and lawyers who can't even do they job .... I have been making monthly but last 2 months did not receive statement and asked them and told me my file is closed due to no payment but never received any communication payment were and I have proof tried solving with 2agent but nothing and my canceled my case in July as I was keeping on telling there were missing yet everything was sent and even re attached proof for sent document and the lawyers never responded....
I want my money back as my file canceled yet I was making payment
And how is my file closed after paying monthly and never received any communication about my file been closed when I'm left with few months for my account to be paid up .....I WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP WITH IMIDIATE EFFECT I HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT

This service should be shut donw!. Totally simplistic and unhelpful advice by people who dont care. Sign posted to other charities and help lines which were totally wrong and inappropriate. Wasted an entire afternoon pursuing their poor advice. Very unknowledgable people. Waste of Government money!!

Aiden was amazing he went through everything with me and was very understanding and helpful from start to finish.
Once my IVA was approved I felt relieved.
Only issue I have is after I had been approved etc I think a month later I had a message from Aiden to say that they offer a refer a friend where if who you refer are approved for the Iva you will receive £100.
I referred my sister in law she was approved she then referred two other people who was also approved.
01/09/23 I had that text about refer a friend, myself or my sister in law have not received our fee.
I have contacted Aiden several times also my sister in law has, we had no reply phone calls no reply.
I then on 23/11/23 received an email from Danielle apologising as she had been off and she has to approve the vouchers and was going to sort them that day.
We are now on 14/12/23 and still nothing and still no reply. I have rang today and my sister in law both get back calls cannot be received from this area ?

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Danielle. She talked me through all of my options in clear detail and it is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Would recommend anyone who is struggling paying off their debts to speak to them.

Couldn’t find one fault. Danielle went above and beyond to help with everything if there was a 6th star would defiantly be deserving of it thanks again :)

I’ve struggled with debt for the pass 6 years. This coupled with the fact I suffer with anxiety and depression meant life didn’t feel so great at times.

She was so helpful, reassuring and made the whole process effortlessly.

When my anxiety got too much she was there to listen without judgement and put a great deal of effort into making sure the process was quick. The whole process took just over two weeks from start to finish.

It took me more time to write this review than the time it took to process my IVA. Just because I couldn’t find the words. Words can’t express how great it feels to be on the road to being debt free. So thankful.

I reached out to national debt relief after years of struggling to make ends meet and making sure I had enough to pay my creditors. After clicking on a facebook post I received a call from Aiden. Aiden really took the time to help me understand the difficulties I was in and that if I carried on as I was my debts would take over 16 years to repay which was not viable to anyone apart from the banks. I came to these guys because I felt like I had no other option I had been burring my head in the sand for so long, I made an enquiry online I had a phone call the following morning and the relief I felt straight away was unreal, Aiden helped me through the whole process and was so informative. Considerate, compassionate, such a huge help

Spoke to a guy called Aiden. I had questions about the company before procerding and he was rudely dismissive. Fraud is eveywhere, if someone has genuine questions and you say you're here to help, then help not be unnecessarily rude.ive already explained that I was involved in fraud before because I was too trusting. I have adhd/ autism I also explained this to this guy. You clearly have no understanding of those on the spectrum but I expect you too as you deal with the public. Rubbish company. Rubbish service from Aiden.

I had the best support from a gentleman called Aiden. He put me at ease from the start. He went through every detail with me and reassured me along the way.. I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling financially and need advice and support
